I've commented on this location before and it was favorable. Now it's slipping. Who ever works nights doesn't seem to want to do much. 4:30am and no coffee made. The clerk was noticeably disturbed when I mentioned it and kept trying to direct me to the machine that grinds the beans, which I find quite bitter. I don't think she wanted to make any and didn't. I had to go elsewhere.

Parking lot is half way clean only reason for 1 star. Inside floor is disgusting, bathroom was really bad, no paper towels at 0600 and stuff all over the floor. 3 fuel pumps blocked cause they allow ppl to park wherever even blocking the quick exit after fueling...making you drive all the way around the parking lot. This place should never be allowed...missing Farris...sad this is what's left. Disappointing honestly...pilot do better!

Nice new main building, but with the addition of the tire shop in the middle of the truck parking spaces was not a good idea. Now only half of truck parking is available. Somebody in the planning department needs to be fired.

A brand new store that is already basically trashed. Summer time and 3 pumps are down. No toilet paper in the mens room so you better check for that before you sit down in the stall. Water for the showers are not hot enough. The staff either don’t know how to work their terminals at the front desk or they just don’t know how to use them. Probably combination of both. Taco Bell people are clueless. They say their systems don’t work and have to close early every night. Truly a pathetic excuse for a business. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and avoid these corporate run stops at all cost. The picture I am posting was taken at 9pm on a Monday night for this Taco Bell. The employees either went on strike or they quit cause they are sitting outside smoking. 2nd pic is just one of the empty stalls with no toilet paper. They couldn’t even print my reserved parking ticket after they rebooted the computer 2 times while I waited. Absolutely pathetic.

If their goal was to build a truck stop that's inferior in every way to the family owned truck stop that was there before then they've succeeded. The Taco Bell is a joke, (even for Taco Bell standards) the prices are higher than other local fuel stations, and whoever designed the parking lot must have been blind.

we stopped by to get gas on our way to Lake of the Ozarks for a bachelorette party and my friend forgot her necklace that is super sentimental to her in the bathroom. Jenny kept it safe for us all weekend until we had a chance to come back on Sunday to pick it up. She was so kind from the minute we came in to the minute we left, and when we were able to come back to pick up the necklace we were lucky enough to run into her again. This woman deserves all the appreciation in the world!! We are so thankful for her and wish there were more people like her.

Updated store but needs to be cleaned…. Bathrooms was ok… drink area dirty… floors need to be cleaned… no soap in buckets to wash windows off… and closed pumps who knows

This station is new so I understand the learning curve the employees have. But my goodness. These people are some of the dumbest workers that work for Pilot. They let trucks park ANYWHERE, clogging up the fuel lines and emergency exits. Tryied to tell someone in management so they can help alleviate the problem. Management was no where to be found. I complained to the employees on duty and they looked at each other and then told me that they don't have one. Or the one have on duty was on lunch or went to the bank. And even if he/she was on duty. They don't get involved with the parking situation with truckers. What kind of dog and pony show are they running?

The Pilot seems nice and clean. I'm here for Taco Bell. The wait time for food is ridiculous. Not sure if I would recommend this place for that reason.

Wouldn’t normally post a review for a “gas station” but this is no normal gas station. Beautiful, clean rest stop with awesome amenities and options! Including self check outs, big clean restrooms and lighting on the shelf’s which is just fun! Way to make something necessary i stop something fun and interesting!!! 👍👍👍
