Update your online appointments so you aren't wasting people's time. Complete waste of my time whenever I did call ahead of time and no one even mentioned all your vaccines for COVID were expired lol. And to tell me you don't want to waste a brand new vial on one patient. Ridiculous.

I was confirmed with having Covid and was very symptomatic but needed meds at the pharmacy. I wanted to keep any exposure to a minimum so I waited through the drive thru. I get to the window and explain the situation and they say I have to come in which is totally unnecessary. So I go inside(while wearing a mask) where there is a long line and they say I need to wait there. It’s mind boggling that they would give so little regard to other customers health. Most people there were elderly and it could be detrimental to their health if they were to catch Covid. Being an ICU nurse and seeing the amount of people that I have die from Covid it’s sickening to see this level of neglect from a pharmacy.

Had ER call in medicine prescription to Truman store, got there was told the pharmacy was closed..was told to go to the Blvd store to pick up meds. Got to the Blvd store to be told, our prescription isn't in the computer and was then told we have to go back to the ER and have them recall it in to the Blvd store. They might have it ready tomorrow. I am over Walgreens.

I was helped by a lovely lady named Chelsi. (Sorry if I misspelled her name) she was the absolute best and helped me find some great products. Her smile is contagious too! Great customer service. I loved that she acknowledged me with a huge smile and was eager to help me.

Pharmacy sucks! Always delayed. Can’t get meds within 2 days of it being sent in due to their delay. Don’t waste your time, you’re better off going to HyVee or driving out of town!

The pharmacy's customer service is awful. I made an appointment for a COVID booster and had to wait almost 30 mins. I stood at the vaccine line the entire time. None of the Walgreens workers aknowledged the long line or managed customer expectations. The employees were working spastically and everything appeared overly disorganized.

For several evenings now I have tried to pick up my prescription and they've been closed by 8pm. After the 2nd day I called to see if they was open or not and it stated that they was open until 11pm. NOPE!!!! The Pharmacy was closed yet again!!!

Pharmacist on duty was very rude. Got upset because I was sent there because another location had to close. Threw something down and told me he wasn’t doing it because he had his own customers to take care of. And he wasn’t going to be able to help me.

Lady at photo booth refused to take our fed ex return. I kindly showed her the email where it stated to bring your package into store and a Walgreens associate would print one out. She said she was not being responsible for it and I should take to a fed ex location. I again showed her that the return instructions say to have her scan QR code. She refused. I politely left as my family will no longer bring our business to walgreens
