Was pleasantly surprised by the value and friendly service I received this morning. I can't express enough how great this place is. I was in desperate need of a new tire, and X Tire shop hooked me up with a brand new tire fast and didn't break my wallet. If u need tries or tire services I highly recommend this place due to the price, friendliness, and fast. I will be back for sure!!

It's a walk-in office with seating and plenty of parking. I was the only customer and Sam immediately came out to greet me at my car. The staff are very friendly and had me stand around and watch while they explained everything, and did the liquid soap test with a spray and a bathtub to diagnose the flat tire and its fixability. They took me to pick out a ripe yummy tire out of the huge vault of tires. By chance, I got a tire marked as "used" for $50 but which was actually never used, sourced from an auction. They also had "used" tires that are like new, sourced from junk yards, with no visible wear; and they have "new" tires for $80. They all have sticker labels. It's a $4 disposal fee and I paid $54 total, with diagnosis and installation included. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They also have light mechanic services like oil and filter changes, are thinking about getting the state inspection license, but do nothing for transmission without a transmission license. They recommended Firestone for full service.

I go there for all my tire needs. The staff has been the same since opening day. That says a lot. They are fair. They give customers the " I wanna return back feeling". The neighborhood doesn't have a very good reputation. Don't allow that to be a deterrent.

Pushy salespeople that don't listen to the customer, like when they state they want 4 tires OF THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL. Not 2 of one kind and 2 of another. Its an all-wheel-drive Honda, you change all 4 tires together with 4 of the same kind/label/make

It's pretty nice. It is a tire repair shop. It's all on one level and it looks like it's handicap accessible. I had a tire transferred onto another rim. And then balanced. $15. Disposal of a tire is $13. I thought that was pretty expensive. The getting rid of tires. In most places they don't even tell you they just added into the price.

Good people and good tires, I couldn't find what I need when visited but they were very helpful and the other tires they have almost like new and very very good prices which is affordable!! Highly recommend

The tire sensors have changed, the handling is clear, and the prices are acceptable. They have all the necessary testing machines and tools, and so I was satisfied with them.

This place is all about taking care of customers. Used tires are for those of us that cant afford to buy new tires. X tires is the place i will do all my tire and alignment needs
