Just a typical Mobil station it has a large convenience mart very clean pretty busy at times very friendly staff gas prices are competitive all gas is high St Charles has gas for 419.9 it a lot of stations off of south 94. Quick trips ,Mobil, BP and Phillips 66.

Visited this location every day this week at 6am as a part of my morning commute. All of the coffee on the coffee bar were expired and cold. I didn’t bring it to the attention of the clerk until day 4. I asked the clerk if coffee was made. I was told they were just made. I shared with the clerk that all of the coffee has been sitting for the past 4 hours according to timer on the coffee brewer. She began to yell that they were just made, but all of them were cold, not even lukewarm. Friday I went into the store and all of the coffee were expired again and still very cold.

I used this gas station, as any normal driver. & I only had enough in my account for ELEVEN dollars in gas. This gas station proceeded to charge my card after I left and made 2 different transactions of A HUNDRED dollars spending all of what I had left, and some more!!! So don’t swipe your card at the gas pumps. Clearly their are thieves in the area. I’m so furious at this gas station and the fact they had no security to protect my card going into THEIR gas pump.

Stopped to use the restroom before and after a concert. The store was pretty messy, especially the section near the alcohol & Subway - boxes everywhere. The women's bathroom was running out of soap in both dispensers (one was actually missing a pump) but the bathroom itself smelled fine. The syrups in the fountain drinks weren't really working. There was lots of garbage all near the drink lid area & hot dog section. The lady who was working the register (only one was open but it was 10pm) was friendly.

I come to this location a lot because I am a Lyft driver and for the last couple of weeks it has been a mess. The trash has been over flowing, the bathroom has been a mess and none of the in house treats were available. However, there is an employee that I noticed a while ago taking trash out and giving attention to the restrooms. Never go here! My wife got a fountain soda and there was a hole in the cup and it leaked on the floor and counter. While she was trying to clean it up 3 employees proceeded to yell about who made the mess and make a scene in front of everyone then they over charged us on our order after trying to tell them that they over charged us they told us we needed to leave. I will be contacting management this is ridiculous!

Was staying in the area and went to this place 2 mornings in a row around 10:00 am. They have an extensive coffee selection and were out of coffee both days. The attendants were not concerned and unfriendly when they were informed. Update June 2019. I like to stop here for coffee and snacks when leaving the nearby casino. 3 out of the last 4 times they have been out of coffee even though they have a row of coffeemakers. The employees have a different excuse everytime and obviously seem bothered by the whole thing. There is a serious management problem at this location.

I was berated by the employees at this location. Called the corporate headquarters . After awful service and mean cashiers I walked out, after I left the manager told everyone that my wife is "definitely cheating on me". I will be contacting the BBB today.

Buyer beware...They have a sign posted stating $2.25/gal if you get a carwash, but they fail to explain that you have to get their most expensive carwash ($16?) in order for the discount to work. I chose the $8 wash (the second cheapest) because I simply wanted to clean the salt off my car and I wasn't going to pay that much for a carwash when it only cost me $20 to fill my tank. It's false advertisement if you ask me. As for the carwash, I was not impressed by the lack of what seemed to be soap, but did get some pink and purple foam during the "shine" phase. I still had some dirt that I had to wipe off with a towel. After inspecting it in the morning, it wasn't a bad wash, but for feeling deceived by the signage, I won't partake again.
