My car does not look good. After the first attempt, I explained my concerns; body filler residue all over the side, severe fish eyes, they never removed my vinyl decal from the side to blend paint… instead they taped off (poorly) and painted under the decal only, etc etc. They were great in regards to communication and got my vehicle back in for second attempt of repairs in a decent timeframe. I pick my vehicle up after the second attempt and still completely dissatisfied with the repair work. It looks much better then the first attempt, however, the waves and the orange peel is absolutely unacceptable. Almost any angle you look at my car from, you can visibly see exactly where the repairs have been done. There are significant waves in the repairs areas. The paint job / blending was fantastic. The body repair job was not good. I’ve unfortunately lost confidence that this shop will be able to complete the repairs to my satisfaction without entire replacement of affected panels. Another conversation, they annoyingly could not replace my vinyl decal after they removed it to paint it. They did communicate this with me which I appreciate but how does a collision shop not have vendors they use to handle vinyl decals? Just another inconvenience to a poor overall experience Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been here twice. Each time the salespeople were extremely professional and pleasant to talk to through each step of the process. As a millennial oh, I appreciated the automatic system that explains what part of the process your vehicle repair is in. Both times, my car came back looking brand spanking new and I was so excited. They work with you on working with your insurance which is extremely helpful make sure that at the end of the day you're happy. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Caliber did incredible work to my car after I had an incident in the snow. My car came back earlier than I had thought and in better shape than I left it. There was terrific communication and customer service throughout the entire process, and I am thankful that my insurance company sent Me too them to get my car repaired.

Amazing service! It took a little longer than expected for the repair, but the communication was top notch. Once my car was done, it looked beautiful and I even think they cleaned the interior! I needed a window replaced as well and they offered to order the window and call me when it arrives. I came in and they replaced it, same day. I was in an accident and needed to have repairs on 2 door panels and part of the panel at the back. I was informed along the way, customer service was excellent, so much so that they ordered door protectors to match the ones I had. Also, when they told me my car was ready to be picked up, the lady told me that if I can't make it on time, she was going to stay until I got there! She didn't have to as I made it on time, but they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Very professional and very informative. they sent texts almost daily updating me on the status of my vehicle. On top of texting, they worked directly with the representative from my insurance company to update both of us on what they were doing, how it was going, and when the work on my vehicle would be complete. As my first time needing to use a repair shop under these circumstances it was very impressive and they made an overall stressful process extremely easy and convenient.
