Look on the shelf. There were 2 bags of carrots left. I took 2 of them then saw a lady were stocking produce from the pallet brought in. I asked her 2 more bags if she had any more,with a meant and impolited respond she said: what items on the shelf are that are it!When walked out ... I saw more bags of carrots on palletI took 2 bags to my cart without asking her because of her bad attitude, she came to stop me with an angry face. I got mad and threw back 2 old bags on the shelf and 2 new bags back to the pallet. No bussiness with this store till she got fired or better trained !!! Please note I took 2 old and 2 new bags not 4 new bags. Second I have been Shamrock customer since 1987 with 2 restaurantd. Thank you.

I went in today to exchange these. I don’t have a receipt since I lost it, but I wasn’t asking for a refund, just store credit. They wouldn’t even give me store credit. They are the wrong size so they’re pretty much useless to me.I have spent thousands of dollars here getting my food cart started. Looks like I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Everytime we come here it's always a hassle. The order desk closes at different times and the employees don't care to give you that informatiom over the phone when placing an order, so that you waste your time coming. Connie has especially been an issue and she has an attitude and does not care at all.

I am really disappointed in this place. When he saw that the employee did not want to help me with a payment that he was going to make by check. I explained to him that I could not do the check because I had never done it and he replied that it was my job and not his. It really was a very bad experience.

I don’t think you guys want small businesses’ orders. I tried to place a will call in order and go pick up myself. Then I got informed with my salesman that I can’t and he cancelled my order. He said I either need to order 20 cases minimum for delivery or be a “partnering customers” (which I need to order weekly) in order to place a will call in order. Is there a rule that I must order 20 cases minimum for delivery? Or if I want to just pick up myself I still need to order weekly from you guys? Last time I called in the main line and they said I only need $500 minimum, but my salesman said I must need to order 20 cases minimum also. So even though my two cases already went over the $500 minimum but I got told that I need to order 20 cases minimum. So I need to order whole bunch of other things that isn’t necessary for me in order to get the things I want. I know that I’m not order from you guys a lot. But I’m just a small business, and I don’t know why they try to make thing so difficult now. When I tried to call the main line of the company, the representative told me he can’t do anything but tell me find the salesman. When I tried to tell him, can I talk with a manager. He said there no one that I can talk to except my salesman. Both are not trying to help and don’t want my business Thank you Shamrock. You are losing me, I know you guys don’t care since both your representative and salesman treating me like that.

Stephanie (store's G.M.) is the best. She is always attentive and very professional. Takes care of you with professionalism no matters how busy she is. I like people who makes things happen. And that is how she is, she makes sure that you get what you are looking for, if she doesn't have it at the store she'll place your special order right away for you with a very positive attitude. Also, I can't recall their names right now, but the Male Cashier and the young Hispanic Cashier are awesome too. Male cashier is always willing to help and always has a very Positive attitude and a big smile on his face. He always makes you feel welcomed. Young Hispanic cashier is always helpful and even she seems to be kind of quite person she always takes care of you nicely. 👍
