I took my Ford Fusion sport into maaco on April 23rd and didn’t receive it until the end of may. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed numerous flaws with their work. Overspray, bubbling paint, they even put the wrong door from a base model with rubber trim instead of chrome trim. After taking it back to get these issues fixed, I was told it would be a couple days, then a little longer, and then after calling to see when I could pick it up, I was told it would be even later this week. Upon finally picking it up, my rear driver side door still had the wrong trim (rubber not chrome). When I asked about this, the manager immediately started making up things that were never originally mentioned. He then started to cuss me out and accused me and my father of being “takers”after they had failed to do the right job three times. Service is awful, price was awful, and everything else was awful. It took them almost two months to not even do a good job. Absolute nightmare working with them. Do not bring your vehicle here. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Took my car in said it would take about 3 weeks to get done. Took 3 months. The inside of the car was not done correctly. When you go to a mechanic shop and they ask “who did this? Take it back they are responsible for what they did wrong at their cost not yours.” Then there is something majorly wrong! Would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner has an attitude and if you confront him about something he threatens to put a lean on your vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and just down right rude. They don’t even deserve a star. Not even half a star. He didn’t even try to make anything right. He just threats you with a lean and to call the police on you. Service: Body & Trim

I can't in good conscience give a good review to a business that is trying to rip me off and then says in small print once they look at it in person they may try to charge me more. i’m so glad i decided to take baby blue (my nissan cube) here to have her hood & roof repainted. she looks brand new! great price & great service! & julie went above & beyond to make sure i was satisfied: right after i picked up my car, it had iced a bit & debris had blown all over my new paint job & i was left with some dirt nibs that had to be buffed out. i went back to maaco & talked to julie & she took care of it, at no additional cost, because she wanted me to be happy. when i went back the next day to pick up baby blue with zero dirt nibs, i was very happy! thank you, guys. i’ll be back next time baby blue needs a new coat of paint! I called and received an estimate of $520 to have my roof repainted. Made an appointment an took my car in for repairs. Was told it might be done by the end of the day, if not definitely by the next day. Received a text with pictures of my car from Julie V. later that same day, saying there was bondo in my roof & that she would need to talk to her employee about the repairs the next day. The next morning I called to ask about my car and was given to the owner Mike. Mike, told me he was upside down in hours already & when asked (3different times) how much it would cost to fix it right was told he wouldn’t want to price it out. Asked them to please fix my car for the estimated price. When I received my car later that day there was several dips & dings. Upon further inspection of the car the paint doesn’t match up. There is ALOT of dirt pieces in the paint on the roof & a place where the clear coat had bubbled up. There is also scratches from an air sander down my back glass. When I took my car back over for Mike to take a look at it he told me that the scratches came from when he baked the paint & that the dirt an bubble would have came off during the buffing process but that since he was so upside down in the car he didn’t bother to buff it. When my husband spoke with on the phone Mike, informed to come speak with him Man to Man (LoL), an that if I left a review on Google he would put a lean against my car. When I already have a paid receipt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Service: Painting
