Call center apparently in India, they drop my call twice after spending 10 minutes each time just going through the Q&A's they had my number and apparently to busy to follow up! I will not be using this service again!

So we paid for a warranty on our appliances when buying at Lowe’s. This is the company that comes to repair. When we had our washer repaired all was well. But our dryer required parts that said they’d take 3 weeks to come in. Technician informed me to call if parts came in early and he’s be right out. So I called and went through my list of parts I received and confirmed they were all here. They scheduled me for a repair the next day. Next day shows up and I receive an email saying I still needed to confirm my parts were here before my technician could come out. So I called once more and confirmed and she rescheduled me for the following day again. Second day gets here and I receive yet another email saying I needed to confirm all parts were here before they could come out. So I called a third time to confirm and she tells me “To bad no one can see you for another 4 days, must just be a system error sorry.” Then when I proceeded to ask for a manager to ensure the job was done right this time she told me no and hung up on me. Very displeased with the level of customer service I received and the lack of trying to help get me a working dryer again so I could wash laundry that had been built up for two weeks. Not to mention the days of taking off work the entire day because they give you a arrival window of 8AM-5PM. Service: Washer/dryer repair
