We create our calendars using their online template (not downloadable one). We buy our Thank you cards, too. Excellent customer service! Their products/ production is wonderful. Very happy and confident to refer them! We are a non-profit.

I just used PrinterCenterUSA for the first time. With the price of our booklets being much cheaper than everyone else I could find, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was absolutely shocked at the quality booklets we received. Absolutely top notch, clean crisp prints that were of much higher quality than services we paid three times as much for. I will not use anyone else at this point.

We had a page count and bleed issues when we first uploaded our book. I worked with a tech to remedy both issues. I sent a clear email to surmise our changes to the page count and remind her to leave the inside covers blank. When we received our books the first page was printed on the inside cover which threw off the whole flow of the book by one page. (Our spreads no longer matched up) When I approached the company about their mistake they denied any and all responsibility. I will be looking for a new printer.

I recently used PrintingCenterUSA.com for a second time, and my brochures came out even better than the first! I created my own ahead of time, and their process makes it extremely simple to transfer what you may put together via Microsoft Office, etc. Much easier than starting from scratch and/or dealing with sites that don't allow you to cut and paste. In addition, their customer service is excellent. I just really loved my experience with them and highly recommend their services. Their prices are great, to boot! I'll be using them over and over, for sure.

I will use Printing Center USA for future bulk projects. their customer service was phenomenal and I got my prints a WEEK EARLY during the holiday season. When I called, I also confirmed a coupon code and the associate gave me one that was worth $50 more dollars to use instead. This project was a calendar I put together for charity and I appreciate all of the help I received, including step-by-step instructions on how to export and compress in illustrator. I have worked with Print Center USA twice now and both times I’ve been very impressed! They have by far the best pricing I could find for a smaller business like mine. This last time they had a machine break down, which can happen, and they were wonderful about giving me a heads up about what was going on and any potential delays. I absolutely had to have my order by a specific date, for a work event, and they got it to me before my need by date even though they had a breakdown. I will always use them for my printing needs. VERY AFFORDABLE. I am beyond satisfied with my orders. The quality is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. It was better than the more expensive prints we got from FedEx and UPS. We got the catalogs (used them as brochures). I had an issue with one of my files and it was fixed by the team next day. Calling for questions or help was extremely easy and everyone was so nice. Use this printing company. I wish there were some more size options, but honestly they had all we needed. I'll be be getting all of my marketing material from here moving forward.
