I recently had an oil change done at this business. I was thrilled to get in without an appointment. When I dropped off my vehicle, I specifically asked if they could check the brakes, as I had been hearing a grinding noise. When I went to pick it up, I was told there was no problem with the brakes. Since the noise continued, I took my vehicle in to another business to have them check the issue and they said my rear brakes were "metal to metal" and my front brake pads were nearly gone as well. That is concerning to me, and I am disappointed by the quality of care they exhibited in my experience. Service: Oil change

Very helpful and awesome people. They did a check over on my pick up I had taken in a few weeks prior due to my concern of the new oil being dirty. He reran everything in the check up and ran my engine light. Told me the problem and I brought it back in after the light came back on. Replaced all my spark plugs, boots and rotated my coils, expressing the concern they may be going bad, all in an hour at a very decent price. I've brought in like 5 vehicles to these people and I'm never let down!

I don’t usually like giving reviews, but feel this needs to be told. I had my transmission serviced here about 2 weeks ago. I started noticing transmission fluid leaking, so I took my vehicle back and asked if they would please check it for me. I was told no, they didn’t do anything mechanical, their words. I took my vehicle to another shop and found out they had put the wrong gasket on my transmission oil pan, one that was too thick. I was told my plug was only in half of a turn. So now, I’m having to have work done again. So, please be careful! Make sure whoever does your work stands behind their work.

Amazing service and fast. I was in the facility for about 15 minutes, tops. Vehicle was in and out. Lady at the front desk was super nice and their waiting area was clean and comfortable. On a side note, they probably have the fastest internet speed in town that I have seen! 387Mbs!

I was in Sidney hunting with my son Joshua who works at the hospital this past November. I drove to Sidney in my 2016 gmc Denali 3/4 ton pick up from SW Florida. I needed my oil changed and the dealership was busy and not able to accommodate me. I ended up at Quick Change Oil. They handled my needs impeccabley. Not only did they change my oil but replaced my fuel filter which was overdue and recommended my air filter to be replaced. It was horrible. They also rotated my tires and topped everything else off. What a great service they provide. I was driving back to Florida in the next 2 days and I was very pleased that they did such a thourogh job. Plus they are the nicest people you ever want to meet. I will be visiting them again next year when I’m in Sidney. Thank you again for making me feel comfortable with your service. No one but the dealer has ever touched my truck before. But hey they have the dealer beat on service now.
