The staff was kind and down to earth while maintaining their professionalism. Typically getting a new phone feels like a chore, but the 2 women working were so light and personable, it made it almost fun! I was in the the week before and there was a young gentleman who had helped me who was also great to work with. Top notch staff at the Bellevue, NE location. I had already recommended U.S. Cellular to all my friends and family, and I will definitely continue to do so. I also was very surprised that I qualified for a "loyalty" type credit on my new phone. This really is a great location! I saw Lindsey on Thursday and she was super helpful even though my situation was complicated! she didn’t seem bothered at all and was willing to help me work through it. also came in late felt super bad since they were close to closing time, but she assured me several times she didn’t mind staying to help me! had to come back the next day, so different employee there but he was equally awesome! even though several people came in during my phone getting transferred to the new one he never lost his place with where he was at helping anyone!
