My time with Angie was incredible. Angie is at Smart Style Salon in Walmart on S 72 St. Angie covered my silver hair with a natural soft brown and the color Is gorgeous. I looked 20 years younger.! Angie also waxed my brows and they have never looked So beautiful as if I was 18 again. Angie also trimmed my hair up. I definitely will have Angie do my hair. My stylist Cassandra did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. Normally I keep my hair up in a mom bun/ponytail, but today she gave me the cutest bob cut. She also helped me select product that will work with my hair type. Definitely will go back!

First of all this was my first time ever getting my hair professionally done. Went in for a perm initially from Bebe and let me tell you she is the most honest hair dresser I have ever met! She looked at my hair and told me it was 50/50 it would come out looking how I wanted and gave me the decision instead of taking the chance for me! I decided no on the perm and we dyed my hair a beautiful silver blonde instead and she curled it up really pretty for me. 10/10 would recommend Bebe. She made my first time very fun and she’s absolute so sweet and friendly! Definitely will be going back for my next colour. ❤️ Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

Love love love the Manger! Bebe is the most friendly, energetic, understanding, and truth telling stylist ever!!! She listens to what you want...tells you exactly how it’s going down...and will not stear you anyway you don’t want to go with your hair or product! Her color is amazing!!! And her cut is great!!! She listens so well to what I truly want!!!!

I am very unsatisfied with my recent visits at this salon. I went in on 03/26 with an appointment scheduled to get highlights. I showed the lady multiple pictures of how I wanted it and that I didn't want any brassy or orange color in my hair just blonde. She did 7 foils and did the "crown" of my head. When she was done she said how it was still orange and that it wouldn't pull blonde even though I've gotten it done before. I did not realize until I got home that she did not do the ENTIRE back of my head. I paid $53 for this visit. I scheduled another appointment on that Thursday 03/29 in hopes of not having to pay for it to be corrected. When I went in a different lady did it and while she was doing my hair said how she doesn't do highlights and didn't know how really. They then said that I need a toner in order to get the color I wanted but that they didn't have the toner and weren't going to go to Sally's to get it. Then they charged me $48 for making it even worse?? The lady even said while checking me out that they did not get the results we wanted with my hair. I then had to go to Sally's on my own to buy a toner that was $15. I was embarrassed of my hair so I booked an appointment with a professional who then had to fix Smartstyle's mistakes. Since I ended up paying $260 all together to get my hair done I contacted Customer Care who said they would have a manager reach out to me. I didn't hear anything for a week so I reached out to the manager myself and she said that since I had went and got it fixed somewhere else and not with them (I didn't want to keep going back to Smartstyle to have it look awful) that there was nothing they could do about it or refund me. I think contacted corporate who said this location was independently owned so it was up to the manager to decide. Poor service and unqualified stylists. I have attached the pictures I showed them. The first visit with no highlights in the back. The second time (which looked like a skunk). I would say you "get what you paid for" when going cheap at Smartstyle but considering I spent $101 just at that salon, I think I deserved for it to be done correctly or to have been issued a refund considering the awful customer service and results.
