I love this place, I eat here all the time. The associates are very kind and have everything made in a timely manner. Everything I’ve gotten from here is delicious. The menu is cheap compared to many other places nearby and in Lincoln. I would eat here everyday!

Could use more eggs in the fried rice but really good anyway. Very little breading on chicken and to me that is fabulous. General to's is just spicy enough to savor the flavor of the food. I love this place.

Great food, but it sucks how the open time says 11am and he always opens up late. He will see you waiting outside for awhile and he won’t even come and apologize for the delay. This happens every time! It’s frustrating because as most of us come for lunch break, we only have a certain amount of time to eat.

Tried the house special for the first time and it was amazing! Super spicy and great flavor! Friendly and quick service as well. Glad to have such a great little restaurant in Hickman!

Food is great...EXCEPT the crab rangoon it's got a funny taste to it. But egg rolls are magnificent and fried rice is perfect! Its probably worthy of more stores by crab rangoon is by far my favorite Chinese food!!!

East meets West is the very best Chinese mom and pop shop the Midwest has. I've lived in lincoln for 20 years and traveled the entire western side of the country for another 2 years and never have I ever found a more down to earth and delicious Chinese restaurant. The owners treat you like family, and make all orders on the spot and with love! Everything I've tried so far has been awesome. The egg rolls are smaller than normal and made with rice paper but seriously rival Egg Roll King's, however nothing trumps the House Special! If you're not afraid of a little heat it's a must! and crazy enough the more spice you add the better it gets! And as if it couldn't get better they serve absolutely no MSG! If you're craving Chinese go HERE!! It's worth the drive and the wait.
