I am so grateful I pulled into this NAPA. I was making my way back to Utah when my car started having issues because the wrong air filter had been put in. They didn't have the right one on-hand but they were kind enough to track one down and have it brought over. If it weren't for them I would have been in a bind!

The guys working at this shop were so kind and helpful! I was driving through Nebraska and having car trouble, I described the shake in my car to them and they correctly diagnosed that it was probably the fuel filter. They didn’t have the one for my car in stock, but suggested where I could get it in Cheyenne. I was going to change spark plugs and they said they wouldn’t bother unless the fuel filter didn’t fix it. So they talked me out of buying something from them I didn’t need, their suggested fix worked great, and I was on my way back to California. Thanks Napa!

These guys went above and beyond getting us the parts we needed! We broke down on the way to Wyoming and they delivered us a vacuum pump and belt 12 miles from their location! Super nice and amazing customer service! 100% recommend!!!

The sometimes have what you need but the prices are somewhat ridiculously high. The employees know what you are talking about. They are fast and take good care of you.

A one star is not low enough. Very unhelpful. Worst customer service ever, if you want to be greeted with poor attitudes and feel like you are bothering them this is your place. Every part I have bought there only about half of them work.
