This business has a reputation of short changing their customers. Do no get gas or shop hear. They obviously have Dirty staff. Go to hyvee gas 3 blocks away or any other place really.

Was short changed again by 5.00. Clerk claims I gave him 15.00 but walked in with a 20.00 dollar bill. Was messing with cash till after last customer. I told cashier (male) to look at cameras but claims he did not have access. Once again poor customer service. Will not be back!

Horrible location to do anything with U-Haul. Waited an hour for them to figure out a trailer rental. Most of the time the cashier was on the phone chatting with her manager and flirting with customers. Didn't get any help with hooking up the trailer [to a 26' truck], and got minimal information on return location and procedure.
