Beautiful XL heat n glo installed very professionally, with nice inset on top and overlapping stone on the sides. Randy knew the best inset for us and Ricky was careful and meticulous installing it. Definitely the best place to buy a Heat N Glo.

My experience with Randy at wood stove Distributors Incline Village was unbelievably great.professional consultation and great prices, Max did an unbelievable job at creatively installing and suggesting visual. Improvements. I personally believe this is the best business in Incline for caring and value. And by the way I never do reviews because I don't think most businesses rise to the level of Excellence that wood stove Distributors does.

This is not some fake review because I know him. Cannot recommend this business enough!! Randy got our pellet stove to us super fast (while everyone else was MONTHS out) and Ricky had a hell of a time because of a tough install at our place. Even with that difficulty, they were nothing but nice. Randy accidentally under quoted the install by $268 AND WOULDNT EVEN LET ME PAY FOR THE OVERAGE!! HE ATE THE $268 and refused to let me cover it. Unheard of these days. Incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with, look nowhere else for your needs. Thank you so much to Randy, Ricky and the team!! We are grateful to you all.

I am very happy I found this store. I have never owned a pellet stove before and after seeing a picture of what one would look like in my house I wanted to recreate the image in my own home. After calling a couple of other stores and not getting a call back I called Randy at Woodstove Distributors. Randy answered all of my questions and even though I am a ways away from his store he had no issues with wanting my business. I had a contractor remove my old gas insert fireplace and prepared my area for my new stove. We ran into a small snag when we had some concerns about the chimney pipe placement going through my wall, Randy had his installer come by my house to help prepare the chimney pipe location so we could install the rock on our wall. The stove took approximately 6 weeks to order and when it came in his installer Ricky did a great job of making everything look perfect.

We were in the market for a wood burning insert but after discovering the cost we look into a pellet. Couldn't be happier. Randy the store owner took so much time with us to talk options it felt like I was talking with an old friend. Randy was very knowledgeable and honest. He showed us different options from stoves to flumes and give us his recommendations. Never felt like I was being hustled into buying something. After making a few modification to our fireplace, we had the pellet stove inserted within two weeks. Highly recommend this business.

I have to say, I'm disappointed in Woodstove Distributers. I had a stove installed in winter of 2018/19 by this company. Without seeing the property, they advertised they could swap out the old stove with one of their high end models in one day,. It ended up taking weeks, was $750 over budget, and the stove has never worked reliably. Randy assured me he would take care of this stove for many years. Unfortunately he has stopped calling me back, and I again have a tenant with no heat in the middle of winter. The stove is apparently a lemon, I'm out $4,400 and left calling other companies to get it fixed or replaced.

Thank you for our amazing Quadfire Woodstove - Randy was incredibly helpful through the entire process - We had a big job of tearing out the old fireplace and installing a wood stove - we will be infinitely warmer this winter, can't wait for the weather to get cooler! Randy had resources for help if we needed, we used some of his suggestions and some of our own - Randy was always available by phone or would return my call soon when I left a message for guidance or for which parts we needed to swap out or what we needed to finish the project. Randy the owner was helpful and once we discussed our wants and needs he provided us with the best pellet stove on the market. The Install by Ricky went flawless and we love our pellet stove. We will continue referring people to them based on a wonderful experience, customer service and install.

Randy came to our rescue by sending a technician the same day that we called. The tech was very polite and thorough in the service of our gas fireplace. We had purchased our unit from another store but they would not accommodate our short scheduling window, at least a 2 week wait. Fireplace looks and works great. Very nice business and we will be using them in the future .
