I really liked the chicken parmigiana at Rosa Flamingos. It was served over penne pasta and was cooked very well. I also ordered a salad for an appetizer. All tasted very good. The prices were also very reasonable, the staff was friendly, service was good, and the restaurant had a pleasant overall atmosphere with live music. I give this place my recommendation.

Food is great! Stopped by on the recommendation of the host of the Lodge we stayed at in Twin Mountain. The wings were finger licking good, my husband enjoyed his salmon and the kids devoured the french fries. We sat outside by the bar while we waiting on our takeout and was entertained by a 3 piece band. Staff very warm and friendly, ambience delightful. Definitely will have to revisit when in the area again.

Fresh tasting. Quality ingredients. Relaxed atmosphere with sophisticated touches. Good service. Great outdoor seating for rain or shine. Worth every penny I paid (and I say that about very few restaurants).

If I could give it 0 stars I more than likely would. The food was greasy, and clearly not quality. The bartender/waitress was clearly over worked, and only favored her locals. She had 6 people who showed up after us and she sereved them immediately- whereas we waited in 20 minute intervals. Showed up at 10:12 and finally left at 11:33 with two inconsistent drinks and subpar service. Being a manager of my own locally owned restaurant - frankly I am appalled. This will absolutely be our first and last visit, I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down within a year. Not worth the money, not worth our time, not worth the drive. I saw many people disappointed as well tonight. Being from we drive 3 hours to come to New Hampshire.... . Forgot to mention the upper level clearly had a pipe broken, so dirty water drips next to you ask you use the ladies room downstairs

We were looking for a bar that served drinks after dinner and we found this gem. We walked right into the bar downstairs and got excellent service from Brittany and an awesome vibe. Drinks are modern bar quality with small town comfort and pricing. We'll be comming back for lunch on the outside patio before we leave the area for sure! Great spot, would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great restaurant! My fiancé and I got the garlic Confit toast and the poutine as an appetizer and both were delish! We then got the eggplant Parmesan and the veal Parmesan, and finished with a piece of double chocolate cheesecake and everything was to die for! Service was great (I think our waiters name was joe?) and was super nice and friendly, will be going back!

Ok! So, drinks...amazing! Definitely will return for the bar vibe, however, they need to work on their menu. As a GF patron, many of their items were labels GF on their menu, but upon inquiring, we found that most of what they have labeled as GF is inaccurate. They use a shared fryer for their wings, fries, etc that they label as GF...so for anyone who is intolerate or has Celiac disease this is a major problem. We ended up ordering just the scallops and bacon, which as you can see was definitely a small portion...all for the steep price of $18! Also, it appears as though it's an Italian restaurant, but their menu is all over the place. They have snacks, such as wings and poutine (neither of which we could have), then pizza and a couple pasta dishes (again no GF option , how difficult is it to have GF pasta?), and some random farm to table type entrees. If you have no allergies, it's a great place to venture to, but if you have allergies, definitely beware.

Updated Review - 2nd visit on a Wed at 6pm: Took an hour for food to come out, waitress didn't come by to refill drinks, we had to ask about the food or we were ready to walk out. Seemed short of staff in kitchen and out front. Whole experience was a fail compared to our 1st visit. We won't come back, too risky, it ruined our evening. 1st visit: Great little find, busy place with a bar in the lower level. Unique appetizers and desserts, plus classic Italian dishes, wine, cocktails, beer. More of an adults place than for families, good for date night or meeting up with friends. We had the fried artichokes, deviled eggs, eggplant and chicken parmesan, dense chocolate cake with a hint of marsala. Was the only place open for dinner in Bethlehem on a Wednesday night, would go again.

Absolutely fabulous meal! I started with warm bread and olive oil which was excellent. My wife had a wonderful eggplant parm which was cooked perfectly and I had chicken marsala with local fresh mushrooms which is fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful. The desserts were unbelievable! I had a pumpkin cheesecake that was as good as any dessert and I have had and my wife's chocolate ganache was great.

All around excellent! Great selection of beer. Full bar. Great patio and a nice bar. The pizzas are excellent. Great dough and high quality toppings. Service was very good. I would come back here.
