Great artists, good environment. The only negative would be communication, we set up our appointments and after the first session our second was postponed due to our artist having a child and taking some time off (completely understandable) we were never notified that he had returned to work and received a call the morning of our 3rd scheduled session saying we were late. We have 3 children and couldn't just drop everything and rush to that appointment so they informed us we violated the terms of our deposit and we lost it Service: Tattoos

I LOVED my experience! I am usually a very quite and awkwardly uncomfortable person due to being neurodivergent but I felt extremely comfortable talking and opening up because Amber and Shelby were both so kind! They were open to my questions before I showed up for my appointment and even during! Amber was very patient with me even though I had asked to move the stencil a few times to get it exactly how I wanted! She tattooed with such a gentle hand and made my tattoo experience as comfortable as possible the whole way through I couldn’t be more thankful! She did an AMAZING job with my piece, such a great artist! Shelby had offered to get me a cold water in which I took and I was just so amazed by the care and kindness provided! I was horrified by my placement and even size idea the night before but as soon as I walked in the energy of these women and their attentiveness AND the beautiful shop made all my worries disappear! It was the best tattoo experience I have ever had! And I LOVE my tattoo which was in fact a piece of Ambers art work which I am so thankful to be able to rock! I cannot wait to be back again! My experience with Michaela was the best piercing experience I’ve ever been had! From the moment I walked into the door she made me feel extremely comfortable. She’s very kind, calm, and thorough. She talked me through the whole piercing process and answered all questions I had. I’m excited to have found such an amazing piercer in such a beautiful location. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Shop responsiveness: 10/10 Amber responded to my inquiry the next day and I was scheduled the same week. Shop cleanliness and appearance: 10/10 I love the decor and overall feel of Midnight Moon. There were comfy couches and a TV for the brief wait. Artist: 10/10 Timm was realistic, he explained the placement of my tattoo, and though I’m sure my tiny tattoo bored him, he didn’t show it. Pain level and tattoo outcome: 10/10 My tattoo turned out better than I envisioned. Tim did an excellent job with the “Typewriter font.” He worked very quickly and the pain was somewhat like a bad sunburn (while I was being tattooed) which was more than bearable. It’s several hours later and I am in almost no pain. Piercer: 10/10 The piercer at Midnight Moon kindly inspected an anti tragus that I suspected needed to be removed. She even took the jewelry out and explained why the piercing placement might be giving me problems! Loved her and would be happy to return if I’m looking for a new piercing. Prices: 10/10 My tattoo was 200.00 (not including the tip). I’m not sure how that rates compared to other artists, but I’m happy to pay a fair price for something that will permanently be on my body. I went in for a very important memorial tattoo of my best friend of 30+ years . I had a consultation with Timm Myers and we briefly went over my design , set an appointment for a few months out. Came in yesterday and Timm had the design drawn up with a few suggestions that I agreed with to make the tattoo look and flow right and keep its meaning as clear as possible. 7 hour sitting and my tattoo was complete , extremely satisfied with the outcome and brought me to tears knowing that my best friend is with me always from now on , it brought me peace . Yes the price is high but I do believe you get what you pay for and for something I have now I have no regrets paying for it! Service: Tattoos

Amber at the front desk is super friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I got tattooed by Audi and he is excellent. His tattooing skills are exceptional, and he is very easy to talk to about concerns, design ideas and basically anything else you want to chat about as he works.
