I have Never had a problem with the staff at Batch's. Everyone i have interacted with are professional, and cordial. They deli makes an amazing BLT! Great variety of food and beverages, to include alcoholic beverages.

Definitely don't go here if you want to be treated with any bit of respect. Had my change thrown, yes thrown at me. Terrible people. You definitely shouldn't support such a place.

I felt as if I was looked down upon, when I had entered the store. I continued to grab a drink and a sandwich all the while I felt like I was being stared at by the cashier. I got to the counter and realized that I had forgotten my purse in the car and said I'd be right back. Heard a whisper to the other co worker. Saying "I doubt she can even afford that at all." I grabbed my purse an entered the door paid and when I used change they refused to sell it to me. Absolutely will not be coming back again.

Very RUDE people that work here!!! I have never ever in my life felt like ripping someone across a counter. Until I went into this store. I hope they get shut down. First...no bathroom. Second there was a woman stocking the shelves on the floor in front of the drink coolers. I asked nicely if I could get in and was told I could wait a minute in a very rude manner. I let my kids view the options and they took a minute to decide..she whispered (poorly) "I didn't know you were going to take all day" Then when my daughter changed her mind last second she said "don't stand there with the fridge doors open all day it's hot out". 3rd the cashier barely looked at me and seemed to have her nose up that the drinks was all I bought. 4th I witnessed the lady on the floor speaking very rudely to a man who had come in with wet shoes. I will never stop there for anything ever again.

Was told to get off my phone or leave while on the phone quietly, with my 87 year old grandmother!! Have you ever been on the phone with an elderly person to explain to them that you have to get off the phone with them quickly? Yea, it's not that easy. This person was so quick to tell me to leave or she would call the police, that I couldn't even get a chance to explain to my grandmother why I was hanging up! Unbelieveable!! I live in this town, I will never,ever go back there. You shouldn't either. Why are they the only ones allowed to be on the phone? I've had to wait for them to get off the phone, so I could purchase things at their place!!!

Cashier was rude by talking with other customers while serving me and offended me by making rude and unnecciaary comments about my apperence. My guy called her out and ahe continued to be rude to him and was completely offensive.

Refusal to give out any numbers to contact management of poor employee behavior. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very dissapointed. I plan on filing a report with the better business burrow! Not to mention the store also smells like raw sewage. They kept the kitchen open one night while ot was spilling onto the floor.

Good food. Nice place to stop in on my way to work for a coffee. The only reason I give Batch’s Kwik Stop three stars is because some of the people that work there are absolutely terrible and rude. A certain woman who works nights is always so extremely rude to me. She will be all laughs and smiles with a guy in front of me and as soon as it’s my turn she flips like a switch. I’ll say “thank you” and I get nothing in return. Last week she practically threw my merchandise at me. Absolutely absurd. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve given this rating 5 stars. Unfortunately, at nights I now try and avoid coming here altogether because of the unnecessary attitude I get.

Stopped in this afternoon around 3 or so to get gas and smokes ran into a friend in the store haven't seen in awhile lots of chatting some foul language slipped out of his mouth I apologized if any came out of my mouth and I apologized for him to the cashier when she asked for that type of language not to be used in the store she proceeded to ring my order up charge me for his two beers without asking me if it was mine she just assumed it was me not thinking of it at the time because I'm almost furious right now at the cashier for her attitude and all I want to do is get the hell out of there the hell with the gas now. She rings my order I paid for it and realized it was $11 I mentioned that was not the right amount of the order she assumed the beer was mine I told her no it was my buds over in the deli. She comments back with an attitude well you should of let me know before u paid u should know that it's not $11 for a pack of cigarettes I said yes I know I wasn't paying attention she opens her door pulls out what she owes me and slammed it shut in front of all other customers this is very unprofessional this makes the second episode I've had at the store one was a month ago where the pizza was burnt the fries were burnt this establishment is not even worth 1 star but had to put it cuz there is no option for half a star or no star. For now on I go the extra 9 miles to get to better customer service and even cheaper gas
