I was treated poorly by several of the staff here tonight. I was in the hospital with my Girlfriend all day and came to this location 45 min before close. I just wanted to try on a few items. The staff intimidatingly hovered around me the entire time, which I just ignored. At the checkout counter 8:58 P.M. All of the staff stood with arms folded and were glaring at me. They were mocking me because I didn’t remove my credit card from the machine fast enough. Then they laughed at me as I walked out the door. I will never be coming back to this location after the way I was treated tonight. I get that my experience might not be representative as a whole of how this particular Kohls operates, but there was no excuse for the way I was treated tonight. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s However I went there today, and there was this woman who was so miserable there, that she couldn’t even crack a smile or say hi as she was cashing me out! If you’re going to work with people at least fake it till you make it. I understand we all have bad days but you can’t take that attitude with customers! Otherwise I find Kohl’s to be a great store!

This location is somewhat small. Kohls is always overpriced (hence the constant sales, coupons and "kohls cash") but occasionally I find an OK bargain. They seemed to used to have better clearance. Meh.

Kohls is a store with beautiful clothing at the right price. Their selection is varied in all areas. It is clean and well organized. Clearance prices are unbelievable for beautiful clothing, accessories, housewares and gift items. Visit Kohl's you won't be disappointed.
