My family banks at both the Audubon and the Collingswood branches. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always welcoming. Sean Ferguson/ AVP has always been extremely helpful and always accessible whenever we need assistance . Great loan rates and hands down best real live human customer service .We could not imagine banking anywhere else.

This bank branch is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. The employees are terrible as if they dont want to work there. Their automated prompting voicecall system is almost always wrong and not updated. Their website is terrible and not updated. Why bank there?

Bank thats close by. Only downside is it closes at 4pm on weeknights. Closes at 6 pm on Friday though
