Two years ago we were going to have a flag pole installed on our property. Then Covid hit. Everything got put on hold. Fast forward to April 16 I called East Coast Flag and Flagpole and spoke to Jim. He explained the installation process and gave me a quote on a 20 foot residential flag. Within a few days I had the base installed. Today the two gentlemen came and installed my flag pole which is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them they are thorough and friendly and service is great.

I think the people at East Coast Flags are wonderful. They installed my flag pole over 25 years ago and when I moved they moved it to my new home. I always get my flags there. They are very helpful and friendly.

I emailed E-Coast for info on a flag pole for our beach house on a Thursday. A gentleman got right back to me with his recommendation on what specific pole I needed since I’m on the ocean. Gave me a quote and put me on the schedule. Tuesday my ring camera went off…they were there installing it!! Perfectly done. Left my bill in my outside shower with a complimentary 6x8 American flag! That’s what I call “old school business “ ! You don’t get that these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He’s now going to Bucks County to install one at our family’s restaurant!

Was quoted a price and told the job would be done by the end of the week. Never showed, so I called. Was told "sorry that it didn't work out" and we cant get to you for at least two weeks. Guy who took my quoted, "hey I am just the secretary, I don't know what you were told".......my recommendation would be to find somewhere else to do business.
