My husband wasn’t told there was a no refund policy before purchasing our sofa. We can’t fit it in our basement and called to ask what their return policy is only to find out the we were told “you should’ve known”. Paid over $1k for what is a very nice sofa but a business that doesn’t state that they don’t have a return policy is incredibly deceitful. They gave us a number for someone to come out and take apart the sofa and put it back together in the basement for us that will cost us another $400. To the business, don’t even reply to this review with “we’re sorry you had a bad experience and we’d like to help you”, help us if you can refund us otherwise, say nothing.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Not only were they pleasant and professional, you can't beat their prices! Literally, no BS and straight forward communication. Tony and Ivan answered all my questions. They made me feel unstressed when I was feeling completely overwhelmed as I'm moving at the end of February. If anything happens I will update but some inpatient people should remember we are in the middle of a pandemic that has affected all businesses. I have already recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything guys! If I ever need anything else, which I'm sure I will, this is my go too.

I meant to write this a while ago: I came in to browse and to my surprise I found an amazing deal for a sofa/loveseat set. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Although I had to wait a few months for my order, it was worth the wait. I got exactly what I ordered with no damages and it was delivered in a timely manner. I will be making more purchases from this store. You guys are awesome!!

I purchased several pieces of furniture from here. I dealt with Ivan. He was great. Helped me get what I wanted and was very kind and accommodating. Some stuff was delayed due to covid but they kept me updated and didn't mind me bugging them. Lol. I definitely would recommend them. The delivery men were great and kind too. Very pleased with the overall service.

I just purchased a real wood full bedroom set for a very good deal from this place (Bellmawr location). Not only am I 100 % satisfied with this purchase and quality of the set, I am even more happier with the excellent, top of the notch customer service I was provided. Ivan, the salesman is a genuine guy that worked really hard with me to pick out my bedroom set. He was very patient, very accommodating, and very attentive in making sure that I was going to purchase a quality set at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, and Ivan as well. If you are seeking a bedroom set or any other furniture, definitely ask for Ivan. You will be very happy with his services and care. With that said, I will certainly be back again in the future to work with Ivan in purchasing furniture.

I'd recommend them to anybody don't even bother going somewhere else just go right there because it's a waste of time spending your money somewhere else when you'll have to wait for over 2-3 weeks at other places for your furniture when they'll get your delivery right away here trust me you'll be very happy with their service and their prices😎

We had a very positive experience buying our furniture from Modern Furniture Outlet. We met and worked with Ivan to select a kitchen set and living room pieces. He was professional and knowledgeable about the type of furniture we were interested in and he presented us with several good options all at very reasonable prices. After making our selections Ivan keep us informed of our order status and set up potential delivery dates that worked best with our schedules. The furniture was delivered when promised and was pre-inspected at the store to insure everything was fine. The delivery team was courteous and did an excellent job of setting up the furniture. We had a great shopping experience at Modern Furniture! Ivan is very knowledgeable and extremely patient with his customers. He doesn't stalk you while you're browsing through the great selection of furniture, which makes for great stress free shopping. The prices are responsible, especially compared to a lot of the other furniture stores we have been to and the quality is better as well. Delivery was as promised and the delivery guys were super nice and in and out within 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend Modern Furniture and can't wait to go back to order the chair to match our new sectional, pillows and ottoman! Our salesperson, Ivan, was very patient and very attentive. My husband hates furniture shopping and actually enjoyed this trip. We found a nice sectional, coffee table, and ends tables. We opted to have it all delivered vs. picking it up. Ivan ensured we were able to get our furniture in less than a week and we received it in 6 days! Every other place we looked at, we had to wait several weeks to have it delivered. The delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and efficient. This is by far the best furniture buying experience I have ever had!
