This place is AWESOME! What a gem, and an amazing price! I am Airbnbing in the neighborhood and just happened upon this place so decided to hop in for a session. My instructor was T. She was warm, fun, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me personally with some of the poses. She has awesome energy and I left feeling inspired and more connected. I've done hundreds of yoga classes and this was one of the best ones yet. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm around!

Being new to Yoga and male north of 55 I was worried about feeling out of place. Not here, I never felt any judgment, only encouragement from both the teachers and fellow students. I have been in classes with a wide range of ages, from school age to my age, sometimes with multiple generations from the same family. The studio and community are wonderful. Yoga is relaxing, and physically I have not felt this good in years.

Looking back, it was the variety of classes and workshops, the amazing teachers, and the people (other students) I met that attracted me. This is by far the greatest yoga studio I have ever been to in the area. The instructors and classes are top notch, but what really makes this place special is the community and sense of belonging you feel when you walk through those doors and roll out your mat. Highly recommend giving any of the classes a try; I guarantee you’ll love it as much as I do.
