I worked with John to buy some rivet racking. We were on a tight timeline, and needed the racking delivered in a matter of days. John coordinated with their trucking company and the racking arrived on time as promised. John also indicated that it was in very good shape, and having assembled it, I'd agree. Nicely done.

We purchased used racking from East Coast Storage Equipment, everything went smoothly. There was a few delays along the way but the delays were explained (material was being painted, and needed some additional time to process the work). Communication was professional and very responsive! We are working with ECSE for the next project as well!

Ordered pallet racking and shelving and picked it up a few days later. Everyone at the warehouse was kind and helpful. There was a small mistake in the order and they made it right immediately by delivering us new material the next day! I would absolutely purchase from this company again! Many Thanks!

Ordered a lot of upright protectors, never receive them, owner doesn’t pick the phone and they never return the calls. I got racks from them before and delivery was delayed but at the end the job was completed, however the last two orders were never delivered, labor was paid ahead of time too, we are going over to six months and still nothing. If you need to do a project this is definitely not the company you want to work with.

This has had to have been the worst experience in my 20 years of running a plumbing warehouse. A 10,000 sqr ft warehouse we're trying to get running, they sure took the money..after that, call, after call, after call, after condescending conversations....5 months later, after threatening contacting the attorney general, the finally decide to get my shelving shipped...it was actually a very minor order of about 150 feet of parts shelving. 20 feet was supposed to be cut down to 8 feet...guess what. This company is trash...they can kiss my tail

Paid for shelving from this company in January. We were promised delivery in a couple of weeks. Dozens of phone calls to them over the last several months as we never received our product. Tried to cancel the order after waiting two months. Have still not received a refund or product. Would recommend not purchasing from this company. Follow up: After post I was contacted by both Paul Parisi and Larry Valdez from East Coast Storage. They have been very apologetic and have been working hard to correct the situation. Shelving was delivered and is in good shape. After dealing with Paul and Larry I would consider additional orders with this company in the future.

These guys were awesome in getting us pallet racking with installtion in our new warehouse! My salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a fast and accurate quote for everything I needed. I was a little scared to send $30K up front to secure the inventory and installation dates, but everything went as planned and quoted with no surprises. I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Great value and great performance. East Coast designed and sold us our warehouse layout and made the most out of every foot of space. The installers were great to deal with also. Clean, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

East Coast Storage was a company we were please to do business with. We expanded our warehouse additional 32,000 square foot and of course with construction there are delays. We had to delay our order with East Coast several times and they were willing to work with us for a small deposit. East Coast was able to install over 180K in material working 7 days a week with over time to hit their committed target of completion to Morris Products. They were also very easy and respectful of our expectations on the quality of material. We had material that did not meet our expectations and the replace the small amount of material without haste. The sub contracted installers that ECSE uses were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would be at the building and were willing to install the material in any fashion(within reason) that we asked. ESCE prices were very competitive! ECSE was a great company to do business with and we are planning to use them for any future warehouse equipment we need!
