Call them several times and left message never received response. When I canceled my appointment thru a text they finally got back to me and claimed they never received my call so I screenshot and send them all my phone calls then the story change to they never receive voicemail. 🤔 Anyways went with the we'll established competition Dave of Dog watch 25 years experience well established Co who has the staff to answer your call. they did a great job great training great warranty. With a superior product. five hundred dollars less. Paid on the spot. Thank you David of Dog Watch for fair pricing a superior product and most important Excellent customer service.
