With out a doubt truly the worst check cashing service I ever been to if I could give zero stars I would everything about this place is absolutely horrible do your self a big favor and stay far far away from this place.

They make you wait forever and there could be a line going out the door and they will still close one of the windows down so someone could switch shifts instead of finishing everyone. My lunch break is an hour and I spent 35 minutes in line waiting without even getting my check cashed. And then they go slower if they see you’re in a hurry like we have jobs to get back to. Worse place ever. They need to revamp their workers or fire them period.

This place's corporate office just called me being rude, loud and accusatory. Threatening me about the check that I cashed 2 weeks ago. Now i'm worried about what else they will do with the information they have of mine. When I called the Hasbrouck Heights office seconds later, it was the same deal. Calling me patronizing things like "sweetie" and "honey". They are incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to listen or answer questions. It was the worst experience. Do yourself a favor and open up a bank account to avoid ever having to use these people.

This place is slow AF!!! For a Friday night 2 cashiers on this shift. I was in labor shorter than this wait SMT..... They are spending like 15-20 minutes per customer UGH :-(

I've been going there for a year and never had any problems. Until the last 6 weeks for some reason on Saturday nights they have only one girl behind the counter no matter how long the line is. I had to wait online for 30 min one night. The whole time there is another girl sitting in back doing nothing which can actually come in and open up another line to make the line go quicker. You ever here of customer service? If it keeps up this way I am taking my business elsewhere. Also, should be open until 10 PM. I see how many customers they lose that come in right after the 8:30 PM time.

Hi just went in there at 11:45 on a Saturday and there were 3 people in front of me, now it is 12 0 8 and the same amount of people are in front of me. There is been 3 ladies at the window and although I speak Spanish, it's almost like she's excited someone else is there that does also and she forgot the other people are behind them. So far one person came in and laughed. I just left. So there is still the to same guys there waiting and they are pest. It is not the middle of the night and is not a peak time period, it is just slow service and inconsideration

They were usually very helpful but the guy at night seems to not want to cash gift cards... I think it's due to laziness but I don't understand how a whole computer system can go down for 4 hours at a time... Doesn't make sense seems a little like b*******... Will never go there again
