After enjoying a nice summer day ride to Frenchtown NJ, our 1974 VW Thing decided it did not want to bring us home to PA. A call to AAA lined us up for our return trip to be by Superior Towing. After a little delay no fault of Superior we were greeted by the most kind, considerate, and friendly driver who also was very knowledgable about his work. After getting us hooked up and a little joking about him not even being born when the car was built, we were on our way. During the drive back this driver even impressed me more to find out about his work ethic and how young he really was. Sorry Jason but 20 is young. Keep up the great work, personality and care and you will go far in life. Side note: he drop the car right into its empty garge space at ease. Superior should be glad to have you and do everything to keep you in todays world with such a poor work force to select from. I myself being a business owner know how it feels to only hear the bad, once in a while the good needs to be brought to light. Thank you and Superior from myself and my wife.

Horrible service. Sometimes seems shady there. They towed my car off the shoulder of a public street next to a parking. The sign that said no parking on shoulder was broken and said nothing so there was no warning signs. There was no signs of a tow away zone. No information on where they would take the vehicle. Nothing. Whats the point of paying tax money to fix the streets if they cant even put up proper legal signs. The blond girl at the desk with a tattoo on her face, would not accept credit cards or debit cards. Only cash. I bet she pocketed the money. This towing service wouldn't even give me a receipt. Could someone please investigate this Predatory towing service please. There was a guy there stranded with his 2 children there. They were walking down the major road looking for a pay phone. They dont care who they hurt.

My car was towed after being parked in a lot for too long (no one's fault but my own). Although this isn't a great situation to be in, the guys at Superior Towing were super helpful and friendly. Best customer service I've received from a towing company! Thanks so much!

Never ran into such courteous tow truck drivers until I had Superior Towing. When I had to deal with the women and the owner in the office, they helped me through the process of filling out paperwork and getting my car ready for the insurance company. 10/10 would recommend to everyone in Hunterdon County.

I called last night, Sunday around 6pm for help after getting a flat tire. Both the office staff and driver were so friendly and walked me through the process with options to get me on the road again. They were prompt, friendly, and the fee wasn't bad either. This is one of the reasons why NJ car insurance rates are so expensive: My son had a fender bender on the morning of Jan. 7 after a snowfall (no other passenger vehicles were involved and there were no injuries). It was his first accident, so he called 911 and the Clinton Twp. police responded. The Clinton Twp PD use Superior Towing as one of their contractors. Superior Towing responded and towed his car 6 miles to their facility in Lebanon NJ. I called and asked what the charge would be and the first thing they asked was "Oh, you are not going through your insurance company?". I stated I was not since we are talking about a 2003 Accord. Anyway, the total bill for the 6 mile tow was $542.26. It would have been 5% more if I had used a credit card. The biggest joke of this whole incident was it cost me zero dollars to have it towed back to my house using AAA. The moral of the story would be to never use Superior Towing if it involves the Clinton Twp. PD. Service: Car towing

These guys swooped me up in the middle of the night when my Jeep’s alternator went out on the interstate.They had prompt efficient roadside service and genuine concern for my safety and towed me the last 3 hours of my trip.
