For the most part I do like this Wawa and most of the time the employees are very friendly but at this particular Wawa they're always seems to be a line that wraps around the store. I do go in for cigarettes for the most part but for a quick sandwich or hot side dishes I have shop at the deli also and most of the time the employees behind the deli or not as friendly as the cashiers. There has been on several occasions when you pull up to the store the outside trash cans are overflowing when getting a fountain soda or icy the icing machine is not working and if it is lots of times there's no cups or loads and now they keep the straws at the counter at the cashiers rarely offer you one unless you ask.

This wawa is constantly running out of food menu items. They run out of salads, yesterday they ran out of meat for the hoagies (turkey, ham, etc.), they ran out of cups for the fountain drinks, ran out of utensils and napkins. They don’t update the computer menu so sometimes they don’t even have options available for the handcrafted beverages. And all of this in a time span of just TWO DAYS. Go to a different wawa location if you can. This wawa has nothing to give if you’re craving a specific item.

I avoid going to this particular location whenever possible. The workers frequently mess up orders & just seem unhappy to be there. Today the ice wasn’t working in the soda machine & the worker claimed she’s not aloud to give me some from the deli. I worked at wawa 6 months ago & that wasn’t the store policy.

hire more gas attendants, there shouldnt be closed pumps during rush hour, the gas lines are atrocious at all times and i dont care about waiting in line but this is consistent enough to where i'm probably never getting wawa gas again

This was my preferred WaWa location to shop and buy gas, until tonight. Zachary blatantly ignored me asking for help. I politely attempted to ask him several times even addressing him by his first name but no response. I ordered a simple small chicken noodle soup. When I got home I discovered that Zachary gave me mostly broth with minimum ingredients. I’ve never experienced an employee blatantly disregarding me and displaying malicious behavior. The picture below shows a cup of broth with the few added ingredients.

Wawa is the most overrated thing in the Philadelphia area. They would take gift card because the magnetic strip did not work. Then the cashier asked me to type the pin number. I explained I didn't have my reading classes then she threw out the card. I have be in retail for 30 years and let a magnetic strip stop a customer from paying. expectable then I had to wait 15 mins for my food. I'll be avoiding Wawa like the plague. Not that they need my money

George at the Lindenwold Chews Landing hcoffee counter is “spot on”providing outstanding customer service! Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and he offered to cover cost since I had to wait a millisecond for empty carafe to be replaced with full fresh one. Such a minor inconvenience and such a thoughtful thing like that? All I can say is Wow! Exceptional customer courtesy. Wawa management, I hope you realize what a great representative you have with this employee and his pleasant smile and service

This location seems to always be out of stock when it comes to salads.always sold out of romaine lettuce and mix greens.only choice is spinach.and does not update computer menu . unacceptable service.plus there was no forks in stock.

Door Dash orders have ruined the experience at this wawa. They’ll have an in-person line of 5 and only focused on the massive door dash order; while there is 5 employees behind the counter. Avoid this place after 10pm as well, it becomes a jungle.

Remodeled and reopened as a Super Wawa (June 16 2017). It is really nice inside the store. It has fast lines and friendly employees. It now has a second door at the back of the store. The gas prices are low as well.
