It's a gas station...... convenient if you're heading east on Route 10 and easier access than the other stations further down the hill due to the beginning of the third lane before Power Mill traffic light

Always Quick, Friendly Service when I stop here 2 Fill Up! Two Brothers run the place...one is a Great Grandpa!! They often share a Story or give a some friendly Advice, which makes me 😊! Plus, they extend Special Service, like cleaning off my Dirty windshield...without even asking! Very Nice guys! Exxon convience store, too.😄
