This place is outstanding. I highly recommend the shop for anything car upgrade related. I was referred here by a family member and drove from Queens. I got lighting and a rear view camera installed in my 2008 Porsche Cayman. They got me in immediately. The work was super clean and professional. There was a great waiting area and plenty of places to eat on the block. I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Thank you.

Horrible product. Horrible service. Found item online and in other stores for $75. Pro sound charged me $400! I asked for a back up camera with parking sensors. They installed a front and rear camera that records. When I confronted owner about the price he started stuttering and got very defensive. Take your money to another shop that deserves your business.

Diogo helped me from start to finish and was very adamant about answering my questions in full detail. Went with his advice on an upgraded sound system and was very satisfied with the end result. On a brand new lease so I was a little skeptical about getting work done but after letting them know my concerns they did everything without having to drill holes or modify anything that came stock. 10/10 reccomend Glad I came back here, was considering a closer spot but was worth the drive👍 Service: Vehicle window tinting

John did an excellent Job to seeing to me. The job came out great but took forever. John had a lot to talk to me about which made my time there more pleasant. I had a flight ✈️ to catch and started to run late. John made sure he went to the back to speed up the process which was greatly appreciated. He took time to explain the quality of good tints. He said “A brand new Audi, you gotta put quality on it, faded tints on a Audi takes away quality”. He convinced me to get the lifetime warranty with higher graded tints which looks incredible on my new car. Good Looking John it was dope chatting with him. Pro sound is a great one stop shop for many vehicle services. I have brought four vehicles here for window tinting. I have also done an alarm system here and its been great. The staff is very professional and do an amazing job in explaining everything to you as well as any options you can choose from. There is a waiting room for customers to wait with water and some vending machines. There are many great local spots to grab food from while you're waiting for your vehicle to be done. Front window 35 percent tints done. Was in and out in under an hour with an appointment. No issues very straightforward and happy with the results so far and reasonably priced and have Groupons available as well.
