I had the pleasure of working with Elisa Rubino. She could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the experience from start to finish. She tirelessly looked for ways to save my family and I money. Believe it or not, we saved almost $1,000 on our annual homeowners policy in addition to a significant amount on our auto policy. The pic below shows my annual premium AAA was trying to get away with and the new total premium State Farm charges me now. I can’t recommend them enough. I know Elisa and Joe Rubino since 2011 because my son had with them property and auto insurance. They have excellent customer service that's why I decided to get property insurance for my two newly purchased condos from them in 2013 and 2015. They both respond to my emails and phone calls right away no matter it is weekend, holiday or after hours. They are very polite professionals and they answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance. I also always recommend them to all my tenants for the renters insurance since this insurance agency is very reliable.

I have been with this State Farm agency for more years than I can count… Through car accidents, buying and selling cars and making adjustments to our policies. We could not be happier with the service and personal attention they have given not just me but my entire family. I recently switched my homeowners policy over to them also because of their attention to detail and service. Elisa picks up the phone whenever I call her and If it is after hours I will get an email the next day without exception. There aren’t enough stars to rate the service you get from this agency!

The firm is extremely professional, works diligently to make sure the customers have adequate, appropriate coverages.
