First time visit to Dr leventhal for dizziness . Dr spent 5 min. with me examining me and said I had a hair from a recent hair cut in my ear and proceeded to remove it with a tweezer . The doctor said that this might be my problem ,It was not. After a couple of weeks I called to make another appointment because I still had the problem. During the time I got the bill $200 for the examine and $300 for removing the hair from my ear. This doctor expects to get $100 per minute. I will filling complaints with my insurance company and cancelled my appointment with his office. I have two insurance policies and the office was not happy with the amount they gave they also billed me additional fees. Avoid this office at all cost unless you enjoy being ripped off. Tried talking to there office if this was a mistake so far not call back. This Franchise is under investigation by state and insurance company for overcharges. If you have taken of advantage of by the contact your insurance company and or the State for help

Dr. Abrahamowitz provided excellent care. He was thorough in his assessment, explanation, great bedside manner and thorough follow up. The audiologist and doctor were very professional. The office staff were very accommodating to get me an emergent appointment the same day I called. I highly recommend this practice.

BEWARE!!!! You better ask what the fees are, total rip off!! The staff is extremely rude from when you walk in. Took forever for the doctor to come in, and I came in for a check up as I had some pain in my throat. To my surprise part of the check up a 10second Laryngoscopy which is basically sticking a tube up the nose to look through in your throat is NOT part of the check up and they charged me $290!! Nobody informed me of the the extra fee, I am surprised they didn't charge me to sit in their chair. It is disgusting how they just stick you with all the fees and don't even mention anything, how is that even allowed? Unbelievable, very unprofessional and when I called the lady on the phone she told me it's like going to the supermarket each item has a fee!!! Will submit complaint also with AG office and Better Business Burau.

My grandma Victoria Galvez went here to fix some issues with her ears, and Dr. Bough was amazing. He was super helpful and he explained his process and made her feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would reccomend again.

If you need an ENT doctor, stop looking. ENT Allergy Associates’s know their trade. The reception area is clean. The phone operators work tirelessly while keeping proper social distance and mask protocols. The Audiologist did not waste my time. She was done in no time. Of course it was accurate. It was my second visit, so the test was just to figure out if anything had changed. Dr. Huang was polite, concise and thorough. He asked me to get an MRI to confirm his diagnosis. My hearing loss is odd. The first doctor I met said I had popped a nerve. Dr. Huang was honest about my hearing aid options. I’ll be back. Best ENT docs in Bergen County. I believe they have many offices. All in operation. You will receive reality from the doctor - mine was harsh truth. But so he it. It is what it is. Please try to make an appointment online. Take pressure off the front desk staff. **They do more than hearing help of course. Good luck.🍀

My experience was great! Dr. Huang and his team were great! I had multiple procedures done and all of my questions were answered. I felt very much at ease. And when I called the office I either talked to Dr Huang or he called me back with in hours. Having surgery is never fun but my experience was stress free! Thanks

I have not much success on the several occasions I have visited various ENT and Allergy offices. Doctors seemed hurried and disregarded many of my questions. At the end of the day, I would have been just as well off visiting my general practitioner or even walking into an urgent care, and may have had less of a bill to boot.

Waited over half an hour to learn they forgot to schedule a hearing test before seeing the doctor, and I did not receive an apology. 15 minutes later I get my hearing test and am told I have wax in my ears and the hearing test can't be done. So I wait another 15 minutes to see the doctor who removes the wax. He tells me to ask questions if I'm waiting a while as if it was my fault the receptionist screwed up before. Then I go back into the waiting room to wait 20 minutes for the hearing test again. After that, I go back to the waiting room for 10 minutes before seeing the doctor again. This place is incredibly poorly managed. Also it's about 90 degrees in the tightly packed waiting room.

Great efficient service from check in, to treatment. I saw Dr. Douglas Leventhal. Doctor Leventhal is a precise, clear communicator and highly professional. My appointment time was actually when I saw the Doctor. No long waits in their lounge. It's refreshing to visit a medical practice that respects my busy schedule with prompt attention, as well as providing outstanding care. Thank you for fixing me!
