Unfortunately went to get an oil change here. For days my car was smelling like oil. We open the hood to find oil EVERYWHERE because they didnt screw the cap on and there was a rag still inside! It is a miracle nothing worse happened to us

So I needed a bit of air in my back left tire. literally only needed 10 PSI worth of air in ONE tire and the guy o politely asked if I could use his air compressor for two seconds to fill my tire up goes "no, we have an air machine in the corner, it's $1.00". Now I'm not writing this because I'm trying to be cheap over a dollar. I'm writing this just to portray their customer service. I didn't ask him to do the work for me or to move the machine (which was right next to his feet along with the hose, and my car parked right behind it), I just asked him if I could borrow it for 2 seconds to put 10 PSI worth of air in one tire. Just between how he worded his response and the greediness displayed over one dollar, I wanted to share my poor experience here for other people to be aware of and don't get over-charged for other work. ... and no, I refused to pay the dollar strictly out of principle of not wanting to give them any of my money because of their greedines .

They have diesel pump for trucks with an extended hose that reaches both sides and $300 card limit ! Good side pump location for truckers!

Recently, my starter stopped working during my lunch hour. I was worried about paying for a tow and getting back to work. I walked over to Lukoil in Roseland and they could not have been better. The technician walked with me across the road to Starbucks and got my car to start, drove me to and from the office (it was very close by) and got my car fixed the same day for a lot less money than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

I heard some noise when I was using the Brakes, I do work in Roseland so i stopped at the Lukoil station to check it and the Owner, Mechanic and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. they were busy and the Owner liudvik told me to bring it in the 2nd day on my way to work and drop it which I did. They gave a ride to my office and few hours later I found the owner by himself entering my Store and handing me the keys that the car was done. This is what I call Five Star customer service. I noticed they are under new management when I saw high end vehicles being serviced there. I stopped by and the staff is actually friendly and provide good service. They have a Master mechanic that handled my performance clutch install. Definitely not just a gas station

I was running low on gas so i stopped at this lukoil I never pay attention to prices or reciepts because every gastation has computer ontrolled pumps , and more or less evsrybodys prices are very close . By accident i looked at reciept few days later and this what i saw 13..630 gal $51.78 , $3.799 per gallon on 01-16-2016 posted price $2.69 Credit card surcharge ? Scam ? How many other people never pay attention at gas stations? Even $10 per car average with traffic 500 + cars daily $5000 of free money per day , they must be very wealthy people. But thieves. premium $51.78 At $.7999 per gallon Date 01-16-2016
