Arrived on time and took the care to make sure to clean all areas of my fireplace and dryer vent. Also made sure not to track any dirt through the house while working. Gave some great suggestions for improvements that would prevent future issues in our home.

I highly recommend Chimneys R Us to inspect, clean and replace or repair your fireplace and chimney structures. They have excellent customer service, they are professional and prompt. After inspection of the fireplace and chimney, they did some repair work and installed a new log insert. It is beautiful and generates lots of warmth! They were very helpful with suggestions and ordered exactly what I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and in writing.

Had them come to clean my chimney. They were on-time (early) which I loved. Went right to work and did a great job. Gave me an estimate on some work that should be done but were not pushy. I would definitely use them again!

He was thorough with his inspection and detail oriented with his cleaning and service. Very knowledgeable. We were very happy with choosing Chimneys R Us. Great job!

Awesome service! Just moved into my home, so we had the gas fire place inspected. We did not realize how dirty the glass was until the guys made it crystal clear. I also went into the store to purchase a remote it was quick and easy.

Chimneys R US recently installed a wood burning insert in my fireplace. From the outset, Carol and Gene were extremely informative, responsive and quickly addressed any concerns or issues. The workmanship by Gene and Gene was outstanding and the finished product looks and functions great!
