Quick, easy, clean. Everything labelled. Only downside is the smell outside of the store.

Great little place to shop, I never feel stressed out here. Could use an update in the appearance department. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the deli. I think the prices are little higher for some things, but the convenience is worth it.

Small store with limited selection. The poor rating is for the unhelpful, unpleasant, wild employee named Dawn (somehow a manager). Dawn needs customer service training or perhaps just fired. I was making an exchange with a receipt and she proceeds to process a refund (without my consent) and put the refund on a giftcard (without my consent). She then tells me to checkout with my exchanged items and she would not be adjusting the price to match what I originally paid. She had quite the attitude. I told her I want my money back if she is not exchanging the items like I asked and she can refund my original payment method. She then proceeds to argue and tell me to use the giftcard and repurchase the items at a higher price. Someone with such a disgusting attitude should not be interacting with other (esp not customers). If you're wondering which employee she is, her appearance resembles her personality...

Love the bakery at this Stop & Shop! It also has a bunch of vegetarian products in the freezer section that are hard to find. Very convenient. Could use some corporate dollars for a facelift ;)

As a native Texan I thought this grocery store was convenient and well stocked. It had everything I was looking for and the employees were very kind and inviting.

Small Stop and Shop with clear space limitations that make it look crowded. It has a bit of everything and particularly good Grilled Chickens. BUT Westfield has grown and changed, while this store looks stuck in the past. Too bad, as it is located right Downtown and a few steps from Trader Joe's, with convenient parking.

Really poor selection of most items, especially breads and deli. Stuff looked old and tired. No authentic Portuguese rolls, just some processed garbage. The store-brand bakery items were hard like rocks. And, of course, all the prices are jacked up.

disgusting store - the town should be ashamed of not having a major updated clean supermarket in town! - dirty, limited stock, limited workers i called the 1-800 number as requested -- the csr asked for more details - she said she had my information and someone would be in touch? i said what information do you have and we were disconnected - no call back - no follow up -- this just futher certifies my complaint
