Me and my family always order here they have good seasoning but every time we order our family tray has more rice than anything else. Yesterday I had order a family tray for five and they gave us the whole plate full of rice and barely gave us any of the other sides and besides that our veggies were old and it smelled old as well it smelled like it was rotten already or it’s was nearly 5 days old…. Currently everyone in my family is sick everyone is having tummy aches and diarrea this was is very unpleasant for everyone in my family…posea make sure your food is up to date they shouldn’t be feeding people food that’s been sitting in the fridge for over 2 days

I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS PLACE GOOD FOOD GOOD SERVICE. Now I’m gonna be for real I have eaten here 3 years and overall I only remember good memories here. If you want to eat some Chinese food I recommend here 💕💕

I'm at training and wanted something different than what was at the defac on post, after placing a big order for myself and several other soldiers and waiting 2 hours for the food to even get here, it was safe to say that the wait was not worth it at all. 10 out of 12 people were dissatisfied with there order. I ordered lemon pepper wings and got plain wings that had absolutely no flavor, several other soldiers ordered the orange chicken and it was terrible. This was my first and last time I will ever place a order there. I called back to express my dissatisfaction about the lemon pepper wings and when I told her that the wings were plain she told me that the wings had lemon pepper on them like I was calling back lying. My overall experience was not good for my first time trying them out. This is my review I hope others have a better experience because I didn't. P.S. a place with the name big mama, you would think everything in there was absolutely delicious but they were not. If I could give them 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can not so they get a whooping 1 star that is truly not deserved. THIS JUST IN....... So after my phone conversation with the manager it was discussed that they would bring me fresh lemon pepper wings out here that actually had some flavor to it, but after waiting another hour and me thinking I was about to get some fresh wings why does the deliver driver show up with a small container of lemon pepper dry rub for me to flavor my own wings, that I threw away a hour ago. You got to be kidding me, and I'm not making this up. After almost $150 order and a phone conversation with the manager I got back lemon pepper dry rub. I originally would have given them a 0 star but after this their at -5 stars. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

The first time I ordered said it would take 1hr30m took 3 hrs to get delivered. Its busy I get it. I called then 3 times and same answer "oh maybe 15more min". Thought we would try again aloting for 3hrs. This time the food never showed up. After we called them repeatedly they informed us(after almost 4 hrs they mixed up an order and threw ours away. No phone call no verification they just threw our food away. We paid for it!!. Stay clear of this place.. Nothing but waiting and lies. Food was decent and great portions the first time. What good is it if we never get it!?. Poor customer service..

We placed an order that took over 2 hours to arrive. Once the food arrived it was bland. The lemon pepper wings taste like they weren't even seasoned. The orange chicken didn't even smell or taste like an orange was even close to the chicken. This place will not get any return business from myself or anyone else who placed an order. Even the food they brought back to replace the terrible tasting food was unimpressive. WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER! P.s to the business dont bother responding, you can not fix this.

This place is TINY!! But if you’re out here, it’s the best you’re gonna get. I had the big mama special. It’s only $7 and filled me up. When we ordered delivery, I’d have the beef fried rice. It takes awhile, and there are a LOT of bean sprouts, so if you don’t like them, ask for no sprouts, and order way in advance.

Revising my 4 star review to a one star. This place started out good several years ago by providing a much-needed different kind of food to a small community. You used to be able to get a daily special with a fair amount of rice and two decently sized sides with two wings or one small egg roll all for about $6. As time went on they slowly increased the price, all the way to about $7.50, but portions sort of remained the same. Here just recently, the daily special is now rice, one egg roll or two wings, but just one side and is over $8. To hell with that. I won't be eating there anymore and I would encourage people in town not to go, either. Whomever owns it is getting money hungry and is cutting back on food. Nope nope nope.
