A first-rate experience. The sales manager, Mr. Jackson, was very upfront, transparent, & willing to work with me on the online purchase of a used car. He saved me a lot of time & hassle by being quick to send thorough photos & videos of the car. Turns out, the car he offered was not the one I was looking for. Even though I didn't make a deal with Hatch Ford this time, I'll be returning to them next time I'm looking for a car because of their honest & neighborly way of doing business.

Got me in on a Saturday even though I was not a local customer. Did the work and found tire damage. They did not have my tire in stock but told me the tire was still safe to drive but I needed to keep an eye on it and replace when I could.. Towed my trailer 3500 miles home and no problems. Pleaded with work and would return again.

Great Experience. So we were in line to order a Ford Maverick in October to be delivered 2023. Got a call from Monty that someone did not want theirs and that we should look at it. Went down to the dealership and loved the truck. Got a fair price on our trade in and finished the deal right then. The Maverick was a nicer model (Lariat) than what we initially wanted, but they sold it at MSRP, which these days is a bargain. Thanks for calling us and your service! You have a new customer!

Hatch Ford Team member Regina Jacquez. Recently my wife and i we were through the dealership window shopping. We were helped by a woman named Regina. She is super friendly and was checking on us and helped us with any questions we had. We test drove quite a few cars but nothing quite made me feel at home. I told her I was looking for something that when I sat down in I knew I would be comfortable and my home away from home and needed to be a truck but with room to travel. She immediately showed us to the other side of the lot and showed us a beautiful ford truck that both myself and family fell in love with. Regina is a great saleswoman and super friendly we were cracking jokes the whole time and the environment was great. Good job Regina...

Cracked fuel filter. They were great. Left car over weekend because it happened on a Saturday. They were super busy w 6 cars ahead and got me out the door by Tuesday. Over all very pleased with their service. From the phone to the completed job, everyone I spoke to was very wonderful.

UPDATE: After talking to the Manager at Hatch, I have received my refund. Once I got to the right person, it got done asap. Great customer service! I have bought many cars at this dealership and am generally happy - BUT do not ever buy the "gap insurance" (no it isn't mandatory) because if you refinance or sell the vehicle you will spend months trying to get your refund. The paperwork will be lost, someone will be on vacation, you need to tell them the mileage (why? not their business) etc., etc., etc. I started this process in October of 2021 and still do not have a refund. If I could figure out where their real home office is, I'd call them, but this info is apparently a state secret. Sales people are good. Mechanics are good. Finance department is a mess.

I had just purchased a used Ford F250 before Hatch took over ownership. When I had an issue with the truck, I remember being concerned. I took the truck in and after mechanic Ron Rojas ran diagnostic and year/miles, he was able to warranty it. Hatch made it easy and Ron went above and beyond on the warranty! Great place!
