I don’t know who wrote the review about the two Spanish ladies being retarded? I dealt with a very kind woman she just did not realize that Western Union have gone paperless so I had to fill out the form nonetheless , Otherwise transaction was smooth fast easy and the only thing with holding the fifth star is the company not keeping up with current Western Union policy. I’d really give it a 4 1/2

Bengali or Indian lady that works there should be fired, she does not have any customer service skills, is very rude and a racist. Always gives me an issue when I go make a transaction even thought I am a regular customer, I have never had any issues in any other Western Union. She should not be working with people period.
