Very friendly. I actually fell in their parking lot. At 72, i was having a hard time getting up. Two employee and a customer came out and helped me up. I was very grateful. Only reason i didnt give a 5 star, is because they didnt have what I needed.

I needed a battery because the cold sucked the life out of it. The windshield wiper snap from the cold. When I went there they were on top of this problem and they put everything in my car. I just moved up here and have no tools and they said they would take care of it. Job well done. I recommend this store for help when needed.

They've definitely become less helpful than they used to be. They don't run diagnostics on your car themselves any more, they just hand you the diagnostic tool and make you do it yourself and then bring it back in. Current staff also seems lazy and unknowledgeable about stuff. It's too bad because their staff used to be decent.

Ripped up my windshield wipers, and had no idea how to replace them. I know a lot of things but that isn’t one of them. Jeff, one of the managers, was happy and helpful, and changed my wipers for me on the spot! Very pleased with this. Thanks Jeff!
