Hi, I'm a deaf customer who had a bad experience at the brockport location. After finishing work tonight, I went to Byrnes for their $1 cheeseburger deal on Wednesdays. I walked in and there wasn't any cheeseburgers on the toaster. I asked if they could make more, they said sure no problem and it would take around 10 minutes. I went back to my car to wait. 10 minutes later, I went back in and I was told they were all out and they couldn't make any more. I sat and waited for 10 mins for literally nothing. The fact that they were out of burgers wasn't the problem for me. The problem was that they ignored me for 10 minutes and wasted my time. They could have came out and tell me that they were out of burgers. Horrible service with zero consideration for their customers.

Gross pump and prices for this area didn't even want to touch it.

I always come here because it's convenient and on the road to work. It's a hit and miss with this byrn dairy. Most of the employees are young and don't even bother making the chocolate cookies some days, also seem to not keep up with the stocking of items in the refrigerator etc. There are a few employees that a great tho always make sure the cookies are made fresh and are stocked. I am a big fan of those cookies and the chocolate milk they have here. Overall it's not a bad place as it's the last stop right before you get onto the highway, however there are definitely better Byrne dairys in the area

It’s hit or miss on whether the credit card machine at the pump will work.

Ordered 2 orders of mozzerella sticks and it took over 30 mins to receive them and when i finally got them, they were raw on the outside yet most of the cheese was also outside of them. It wasnt even remotely busy either with 4 employees working. I watched the girl who started them (who i will also say appeared to be the laziest employee ever, stopping every 30 secs to chit chat with coworkers over and over and over) stock the entire sandwich station before even starting my order. Then, she "cooked" them for about 10 minutes in an oven that wasnt even turned on before noticing, then put them in another oven and left them for the shift change staff (who were ACTUALLY helpful! Props to the shaggy hair kid) to finish. Literally the worst experience ive ever had in a byrne dairy anywhere, the only saving grace was the 1 good employee out of 7 (4 pre-shift change, 3 after) that was actually working and helpful.

Average shopping experience for a convenience store, you have to request key to use the bathrooms.

I called at 8pm the night before to place a breakfast pizza order for work the following morning. No communication between the team happened (according to the employee the next morning) so nothing was ready. Unfortunately I can understand that happening with shift changes. But then I was told I should’ve called again. I called and placed my order, as I’ve done several times in the past, so I’m not sure why they expected me to call again? As that’s not a normal take out order requirement; several calls to ensure their order will be ready.... but I guess next time I will.

The employees that were on late shift are rude, not all of them but they all seem like they’d rather be home than serving people and being around other miserable employees. This experience last night makes me never want to come back to this Byrne Dairy ever again.

Refused to break a 50 on a 20 dollar purchase in the middle of the day. Kid working there was rude and snide. I don't know any other place on earth that has less than 30 dollars in the register but this place apparently only keeps 1s and 5s in their register. Never buying from Byrne dairy again.
