Went in to buy cigarettes like I’ve done a few times before. I’m 42 years of age and have a valid Ontario Drivers license in which I’ve used a few times before in this establishment. Time was 6:42 am Thursday 24th 2018.. well today with the attendant older lady grey hair rather slim with glasses my ID was no longer acceptable she stated company policy wich is a load of bull I’ve used this same exact ID at many other arrow mart locations all over New York! This particular employee I’ve had other issues with once I requested a pack of cigarettes only for her to ring in and give me the wrong pack once I stated it was the wrong pack the attitude I received and her huffing and proceeded to explain how I was in the wrong and that she had this big ordeal to exchange out the packs and requested more money for the same brand name pack the one she originally gave me was menthol I wanted the original from same brand... she made it sound like I was a huge ordeal to switch out the brand......her attitude stinks....she is not friendly at all and when I left the store empty handed and went to another location another store up the street there cashier told me that this lady is commonly known to act the way she does and that they will gladly accept all her rejected buisiness... I will no longer step foot in this arrow mart I used to spend at least $200 a week at this store mainly in gas purchases. As a consumer I don’t want to look at her nasty face anymore and get subjected to her poor attitude...
