Really good pizza! I’m a NYC’er so appreciate when pizza is solid. We had a large pepperoni and it hit the spot - crispy peps, light airy crust and plenty of cheese!

Pizza wasn't bad except the onions were put on as an after thought, not cooked at all. The garlic parmesan fries were overcooked and soaking in a puddle of butter 🤢. Terrible They used to be really good but going downhill fast.

Went here with my family the other night and there were no complaints. All the food was very food, I personally got an order of honey BBQ wings and they were really good! They have a large variety of wing flavors for wing lovers. For gluten intolerant people they also have gluten free pizza! Great food for sure! Dietary restrictions: They have great gluten free pizza!

Friendly staff....awesome pizza! Glad we found this little gem...it's in the old rock hill bakery, hard to spot from rt 9. Update. We keep coming back! Stellar pizza and dinners, working our way through their menu.

Considering this is like the only pizza place for like 20 miles, it's actually pretty good. The staff was friendly, the pizza was tasty, and it was fairly quick. Will definitely be going back.

I must say, this pizza was very good. I'm a NJ/NYC guy so I have high expectations (yup call me snooty but I've spent tons of time in this region with very soso pizza).. I was not disappointed. I will go back when I'm in the area. Definitely give it a shot

What is the world coming to? Or am i just becoming a grumpy old man. I like the pizza at the Pizza Shack, or is it now just called The Shack? I don't know because when they moved across the street to where rock hill bakery was, for some reason they didn't put up any signage out front. I mean, what restaurant doesn't think front signage is important? But because i was a past customer i knew who they were. But how careless an attitude toward potential customers! Say im from downstate traveling up the northway and i figure I'll get off at exit 17 to fill up on pizza...i would never know i could get it there. So right there they are prejudiced against potential customers "not in the know." But i let it slide because i like the pizza. Well tonight my family needed a quick meal so i stop on the way home from work. I shuffled up to the front and the young lady asked what i wanted, as my eyes nervously scanned around for the menu. What? Now they are cutting costs by not printing menus? My word. So i ask her for a menu and she points me to the wall on the left and im thinking "oh maybe they have some signage with the menu printed on it. No! There was a digital screen with one of those codes you have to scan with your phone. "You mean i have to download an app to my phone to see what's on the menu, " i asked, trying not to Express irritation. "Yah....i think so, " she muttered, seemingly unaware that she was losing the strategic and crucial artistry of sealing the deal. I told her never mind, and turned to walk out. My strategy was that surely they would so value my patronage that they would disrupt my escape assurong me that they would help me order, maybe pull out a rare menu still lurking around. But no. Halfway to the door, the eager voice of helpfulness never came. I left. The pizza guy in the back didn't even scold the girl out front and run after me. So in this they betrayed further prejudice. They only want groupie customers "in the know" and they only want customers who have or will download their silly app to scan a code. They lost me! Where is customer service? Where is proper signage both outside and inside? Forlornely i got in my car and drove down to Giavannos. Again i ask? What is this world bereft of generous and winsome customer service? As Trump would tweet, only he can't because Twitter banned him,..."Sad!"

We just ordered 5 pizzas online last night, the ordering was easy, a very smooth experience. Each pizza was made perfect from our request and absolutely delicious. Definitely will order again.
