After we discussed over the phone the gentleman came and gave us the idea of what we can do and told us that he will send us an estimate in a week, but despite repeated emails there was no follow up. We were honestly looking forward to his ideas and give them shape. I emailed him again to follow up and then Finally he replied that he will give me the estimate by the coming week but yet again no reply or follow up. This is Very poor service. I feel a person has to be honest and sincere in ur work. If you are booked then let the costumers know upfront so that they can look for other options. I would not give a star

The Plantsmen Nursery presents the Ithaca Native Landscape Symposium each early spring. the one this year was outstanding. This place has an awesome selection of rare plants that can be hard to find in the central New York area. Furthermore, their staff are extremely helpful especially if your looking for advice.

Helpful staff, Well organized and well-tended plant stock. Plant signs are filled with helpful pictures and information. Nice selection of native plants and unusual varieties. Very reasonable prices for such well-grown stock. Highly recommended!
