I had to switch to a different insurance company this year and when the online pharmacy filled one of my Rx I received capsules instead of tablets. I had a bad reaction to it. So my doctor called in a new Rx to CVS of tablets. This one made my throat swell! Turns out that the different manufacturers of generic drugs can compound anything into the pills or capsules as long as the drug is what they advertise. Now I realized I need the exact same pill from the same manufacturer. CVS was not only able to find it for me, and order it, but they also convinced my insurance company to pay for a 3rd Rx for the same drug! I'm very pleased and happy with their efforts on my behalf.

I would normally give this place 5 stars until the disgusting behavior I received last night. There was no one online and no one behind the registers at the pharmacy. I stood there patiently waiting, making eye contact with about four people walking around behind the counter for a couple minutes. No one said a word to me. Finally, I asked a woman with a name tag AMANDA if anyone was working the registers. She responded…we’re all obviously busy, you’re going to have to wait… with an attitude. When she called me to the counter, still with an attitude, I responded kindly that all she had to say was I’m sorry someone will be right with you. She responded. OK. and rolled her eyes. Amanda said she couldn’t find my daughters prescription in the system and went to another computer to look it up. I told her I got multiple texts and showed her my phone. She raised her eyebrows, gave me a look, and said… you said it’s for your daughter. I told her yes it is. She responded but that says *unisex name*. I told ok, that’s my daughters name. She rolled her eyes and went back to the computer. Even if I named my daughter CVS, why is she questioning my daughters name. What was the reason. I don’t remember purposely entering an establishment asking anyone to be rude to me. I did not argue back with her or even talk to a manager because I was not going to give her a moment of my energy. I had a sick toddler in the car. Apparently, I killed her with kindness because she finally dropped the attitude at the end of the transaction. Unfortunately, I really need a 24 hr pharmacy but if I can avoid this one after today I will. Hopefully, Amanda or her manager will see this so she can check herself before she talks to any human being like this or maybe she should not work with people. Not everyone will be as nice as me.

Don’t bother calling the Pharmacy. They don’t answer regardless if the option you select. I even called the Front Store and transferred internally. Nothing works. Good thing this isn’t an emergency. I’ll be transferring my medications ASAP.

They keep filling auto-refilling my prescription even though I asked them not too because I moved earlier this year. Tried calling several times to correct this error but could not get a hold of anyone. Wait time for someone to answer the phone is over 20 minutes. I wish I didn't have to do business here anymore but my insurance company bullied my family to use to horrible place as our pharmacy despite having a previous pharmacy that was a family own business.
