I went there a few weeks ago as soon as I entered the store Zach helped me out and also introduced me to embroidering hats told me all about it and I left extremely happy. It was an Astonishing experience and I’ll definitely be back! Anyone who goes in ask for Zach, extremely knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about!!!!

I went here recently and got amazing deals. I only had to pay $50 for 4 hats. The workers were also very nice and they helped me find my size.

This review is really jaded. There was one poor dude working in there he had a problem. People were waiting a half hour with kids. Some guy was yelling at his wife for taking too long. I felt bad for the dude working but people were steamed. I got a cool Rangers hat though.

I was welcomed when I walked into the store by one of there employees. I believe his name was Zach. He was very helpful and showed me where everything was such as the different hats and leagues were.

This was the fourth Lids I had been to in the past month and the only one I bought something from. Leo and Dennis who helped me were so helpful. Took their time to talk to me and ended up finding what I was looking for because they didn't give up.

I got a customized hat for my husband and it came out great. Nice staff, and very quick. they even came to the food court to give it to me ! Definitely will come back again 😄

Bought hats and ordered embroidery. Nice guy, terrible results. Store had nothing but problems. After 3 weeks, the job was rushed. I wind up with expensive hats far less quality than promised. Never going back.

Nice store with helpful staff. They will embroider your hat even if it wasn't purchased at the store. I needed a special cap and the staff advised me where I could find one and then did a nice customized embroidery job for it.

Small cozy store with lots to choose from. They also make good custom hats! Nice people will help you find whatever you might be looking for.
