The girl who waited on me was EXTREMELY helpful and knew her stuff with haircare coloring etc, i had a million questions on fixing my hair and she had a million answers lol

Staff always very friendly, very helpful. Its not like Home Depot where you ask an associate a question about a product and they have no idea what the correct answer is or even what it is. These women (and one man I've dealt with) are all extremely versed in all of the products they carry. They've had hands on experience using them and also will share what other customers may have expressed about them.

Went in to shop and had to use the restroom and got yelled at for it and then a lady walked in with her daughter who was little and potty training, the employee rolled her eyes and made the little girl pee in the bushes outside

Dishonest sales associates! The woman knew I had no idea what kind of product I was looking for (I was looking at hair extensions for the first time) and knew I was on a time crunch so she lied to me to sell me a product before I walked out. She told me the extensions I chose were made of real hair and could be curled and colored, which is what I told her I needed when I walked in the store (lie #1); however, when I got to the salon my hairdresser tried coloring them and the color wouldn't process. When my hairdresser came to the conclusion that it was because it was synthetic hair she called the store and spoke to the woman who sold them to me, she confirmed to my hair dresser the information, admitting she told me the hair was real and would hold color. Then the Sally Beauty associate told my hairdresser that I could come back the next day and her manager would give me a full refund (lie #2). When I returned to the store this afternoon the manager refused to give me a refund and would only give me store credit since "all sales are final" - even dishonest ones? - the manager then insulted me by saying that I should always read the package. I had no idea what I was looking for, how would reading the package help?? **Very frustrated with the customer service at this location and do not plan on shopping there again.** 3/7/15
