6/14/2021 - UPDATE The job is complete as of today. The job was scheduled for today at 10 AM and they showed up promptly at 10 AM. The workmanship is outstanding. The entire project was professionally completed from the office to final completion. Thank you A-1 Power Washing. 4/28/2021 - UPDATE: I am delighted to report and change my previous review from one star to 5 stars. The communication problems have been solved and the people I dealt with today were professional and timely. The estimate was completed within an hour and the appointment scheduled on a date of my request. Perfect! So it appears they are back doing business just as professionally as they were before the communication problem. ------------------ I have used this company in the past and would give them 5 stars but for this year. The one star is based soley on the fact that they have become unresponsive and therefore, unprofessional. I left a v-mail message in early March to schedule a complete powerwash of our house and patio in mid-June. I sent an e-mail approximately 2 weeks later and left another v-mail two weeks after that. I have not received a response to any of these messages. I know someone is manning the phone because their v-mail message has changed. In the past I found them to be very responsive and professional; sadly I will move on and find anothe powerwash company.

I’ve used this company in the past and they’ve done a good job. Unfortunately, I can’t get them to return my phone call. While I understand it’s busy season for contractors, especially, power washers, I’ve called and left a voicemail twice in the last three weeks with no return phone call. Not very professional. I guess I will have to call someone else. Service: Deep clean

So happy!!! A1 has done our house before and it always looks great, but we asked them to wash our camper and camper awning also. We had embarrasing streaks on the camper and mold on the awning that we couldn't get off. The camper looks new and the awning no longer makes me feel embarrassed. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are wonderful. :)
