Went here today and George was the cashier around 6:30 pm .. this man smiled the whole time, was helpful and more customer service oriented than any ShopRite employee we have ever come across, or any cashier anywhere as a matter of fact .. a true gem! Thanks George

I drove through a rainstorm after work to get to Montgomery and order a cake for my daughter's birthday. When I got there, there wass no one in the bakery. After going to customer service and waiting for 30 minutes, cause no one knew the person had left, I was told I would have to call or come back. It's unbelievable that there's no one else qualified to fill the form and take a cake order. Bakery says open till 8pm!

Always wind up waiting at the deli counter for our order. We arrive when no one is there, place our order and we're told our order will be place in the pickup fridge. We always wind up having to get back in line after the rest of our shopping. This last visit we went about 9 AM on a Wednesday and got in and out in a snap.

Moved to the area after 35 years in another state and, I used to love to shop at ShopRite for the can can specials and low prices. Well what happened that they are so expensive, way more than Walmart or Price Chopper! If you really look at the sale tags you might find a decent special but I'm going to save more shopping at those other stores that have gas specials. I joined their reward card deal but not sure what the rewards points are used for? This time went in with coupons my rewards card and a specific shopping list. Much better.

I placed an online order Friday afternoon to be delivered Sunday between 3-5. I called the store at 545 when my groceries still were not delivered. The person who answered stated my paperwork was lost. She will put my order on the next next truck (5pm truck) groceries we’re finally delivered at 820pm. I had to call in late to work to sit and wait for the delivery. Absolutely outrageous and incompetent. Will NEVER use this service again. I’m still waiting for the shop at home supervisor to call me like I requested. Won’t hold my breath.

Placed order online. My whole deli order said out of stock. Went into the store after picking up my order to see what coldcuts they had. Placed my order. The exact order from my online order that stated everything was out of stock. Funny how they had everything I ordered. Guess instead of having to pay $4.99 to pick my order, it’s better to just shop yourself as I had to go into the store anyway. Manager made up some stupid excuse when I asked him about it. Seems like he really didn’t have a good answer

First time in over 15 years I saw a mouse crawling on the floor in the back of the store near the yogurt section. 9/27/21 Otherwise, staff ratings are low. Outside assistance is excellent. 5 stars to Lorenzo.
