I had the best experience here ever! It has been a little while since I've been in a car accident and I was nervous about the process of getting my car repaired, dealing with the shop and insurance. Joe Walter Auto took amazing care of me and my truck. I had over 10k of damage and Joe handled the insurance company for me. The guys fixed my truck back to perfect condition. They used great new parts. They did amazing work. The customer service from Joe was amazing, he was nice and respectful. He got my truck back to me right on time like he said. I would recommend Joe Walter Auto to anybody I know, it is a great business.

Definitely a sketchy place! Joe Walters said “ I have been in business for 38 years.” There should be well over 300 reviews! I count only “22”. Obviously the rest have been removed because of poor ratings. “Sketchy” doesn’t cover it. (WARNING) He will try locking you in with a worthless contract before giving you a worthless quote! He uses inferior, less than adequate below par used cheap parts if he can find them. Joe Walter‘s collision immediately disassembled my car! Very poor communication skills. When I informed them I was going to get a second opinion, Joe Walter‘s got verbally abusive and used horrible language while he was on the phone with me. After that conversation I went and picked up my car regardless of its condition and took it down the street. The shop down the street did an excellent job. (WARNING #2) As a consumer do yourself a favor, stay as far away from Joe Walter’s collision as possible!

So a deer smashed into my car. I took my car to Joe Walter. His shop did an amazing job. Not a bad price either. My car looks amazing! I am super happy!!!!! Will go back! Great location also!

My car was in a head-on collision. The insurance company wanted to junk it. Joe returned my Honda to its original condition. He also dealt with the insurance company for me. I love my Honda & I love Joe!!! If I ever have the misfortune of having to go through this again, I will take it there. Pro-tip, have the towing company take your car right to Joe to avoid the double towing fee.

Amazing customer service!! I had a neighbors tree crush both of my cars and Joe Walter Collision was able to help arrange to get both vehicles to the shop, took care of the insurance claims, and kept me updated during the whole process. Over $40K in damage done between both and the shop did a great job in a timely manner. Extremely happy with how both turned out. I've been able to take the car to shows and win multiple awards with the new paint job. The car got rear ended a few weeks ago and Joe was able to fix the car in just a few days and get it back in time for the next show. I will never go to another shop after how friendly everyone there has been and how beautiful my cars come back. Joe goes above and beyond the service of any other collision shop. Thank you to everyone there!!

I had a great experience with Mr Walter and his staff. I had some pretty significant damage to my Lexus and got very high quotes for repairs from a few different shops. I knew the quotes were wrong. I had a friend recommend this company, they stressed that the owner was honest, fair, and easy to work with and they definitely were. Joe came in with a much more reasonable quote and delivered. Him and his company worked quickly and took great care of my vehicle. I actually ended up trading my car into a dealership after the repairs and the dealership never mentioned that they noticed repairs. I highly recommend this company!

Took my Car in and they took care of everything (including all of my insurance), Set me up with a rental that day, and off I went. They took there time and when I picked my car up it looked amazing, NOT like those in and out shops. Definitely QUALITY work. I will come back and recommend to anyone that needs Collision Work done.
